Highland Homes for a tract home has build quality unlike any other builder in the Dallas Market. They go beyond with individual lot soil testing, to ensuring that the home is built with quality and it's standards for ensuring that your home is well insulated to 2022 standards. When you buy a new home it is important that you at what is "behind the curtain". Any one can make a house look like it's worth a million dollars on the outside, but that is just makeup! Ask the questions and understand what is "behind the walls" and how they determine the structure for the foundation. As you will find out if you haven't already if you build a beautiful looking home but the foundation is flawed you are not going to have a beautiful home for long. Like everything else you get what you pay for. Go to Highland first allow them to tell you what they do and then go talk to some other home builders and ask them the questions that the Highland sales person reviewed with you and see how they answer them. Of the many homes we have purchased over the past 38 years, this purchase was the best. Top quality and best sales finance and construction team I’ve ever worked with. I’d do all again.

The Highland homes buying experience is outstanding!

It was a long and painful process not due to the builder but because of my bank. Highland worked with me all the way. Living out of state while the house is being built is difficult but Highland made it easier. The quality of the home and the people involved in the process is top notch. I’m glad I chose Highland.

Seriously impressed. I can honestly say I came into this process with skepticism and doubt- I have been impressed at every turn. There were a few times I was unhappy/nitpicky with work done. It was met with very quick response and immediate change. Our builder Daniel and our salesman Duwayne were always true to their word- and provided the highest quality professionalism, Customerservice and work done.

Construction was on time and with little problems. Overall it has been an very enjoyable event.

Love my new home. The two thing that bothered me, is that the ceilings are also painted gray and the missing shelve in the master closet. I know how to paint and can buy shelving, so I'll fix that.

I built a new home with Highland Homes at Laurel Glen, and I had very pleasant experience with them. It took only 4 months for me from signing a contract to close the house. Sales people are very helpful, polite, always answered my phone calls or emails, even after business hours and on weekends, walked me thru step by step in the process. The manager is just amazing, has very good personality, respectful, always listening and explaining. He has a group of experienced people that work for him, they do their job professionally and with high quality. Everything was completed in a timely manner with no delays. At every turn in the process I was dealt with professionally and promptly! Jason and Giovanni did a great job of keeping me informed and did an exceptional job!

Can't say enough about how wonderful every part of the process was with Highland! From the sales process to the design process, through the building process, and finally, the financing process. All the Highland people were super helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly, and we SO love our house!

We sold a house in The Woodlands and bought a new house with Highland. It's our first time with Highland. The stress levels from both selling and buying at the same time were very high for me and my family. Working with Highland helped lower the stress for buying a new house. Having dealt with many other builders, once we met with Highland, it was clear to me that they were #1 on my list to strike a deal with. No non-sense or sales pitches, concise and to the point. Quality of construction is also excellent with modern designs. All steps from signing of contract through closing and after moving repairs have been seemless. The construction manager is ever reachable and responsive. He has taken good care of us, any repairs (mostly minor that are expected of a new construction) addresses almost immediately. I will give my highest recommendation for Highland Homes to anyone considering to buy a new home. ... More
