My whole experience with Highland Homes was awesome from start to finish. Me and my family are extremely satisfied!

Love my new home. The two thing that bothered me, is that the ceilings are also painted gray and the missing shelve in the master closet. I know how to paint and can buy shelving, so I'll fix that.

Very happy with our home that we feel was extensively made for us. Everyone had been so wonderful in this process. 2nd time HH buyers. Would do it again!

Highland homes has made building a home an enjoyable experience. Their helpfulness, attention to detail, quality, and responsiveness is unmatched in any other builder I have dealt with. I would more than recommend Highland to new buyers. I encourage using them. I have already recommended them to many friends and family members. When people walk into our home, it takes their breath away and we get asked who the builder was. Highland is wonderful. Wonderful!

I built a new home with Highland Homes at Laurel Glen, and I had very pleasant experience with them. It took only 4 months for me from signing a contract to close the house. Sales people are very helpful, polite, always answered my phone calls or emails, even after business hours and on weekends, walked me thru step by step in the process. The manager is just amazing, has very good personality, respectful, always listening and explaining. He has a group of experienced people that work for him, they do their job professionally and with high quality. Everything was completed in a timely manner with no delays. At every turn in the process I was dealt with professionally and promptly! Jason and Giovanni did a great job of keeping me informed and did an exceptional job!

Can't say enough about how wonderful every part of the process was with Highland! From the sales process to the design process, through the building process, and finally, the financing process. All the Highland people were super helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly, and we SO love our house!

We sold a house in The Woodlands and bought a new house with Highland. It's our first time with Highland. The stress levels from both selling and buying at the same time were very high for me and my family. Working with Highland helped lower the stress for buying a new house. Having dealt with many other builders, once we met with Highland, it was clear to me that they were #1 on my list to strike a deal with. No non-sense or sales pitches, concise and to the point. Quality of construction is also excellent with modern designs. All steps from signing of contract through closing and after moving repairs have been seemless. The construction manager is ever reachable and responsive. He has taken good care of us, any repairs (mostly minor that are expected of a new construction) addresses almost immediately. So we happened upon a spec home for Highland Homes and instantly fell in love with it and I knew the price they were offering was a very good deal as well so we jumped at the opportunity. From the beginning Highland has been very accommodating and the warranty work/responsiveness has been outstanding. I would highly recommend this builder.

From sales, through construction, and after closing, Highland has been exceptional. They were flexible and worked with us to build us the home that exceeded our expectations. Edna in the sales office was very easy to work with and helped us find a floor plan that met our needs. She arranged tours of homes in the neighborhood so we could walk through the different floor plan options. Kari at the design center helped us select all the finishes. She listened to us, looked at the pictures we brought in and made sure our choices worked well together and had the aesthetic/style we wanted. We could not be happier with the end result. Garrett was our construction manager and was great to work with - he was always available to answer any question and make adjustments during the construction of our home. His attitude, helpfulness and willingness to do whatever he can to help far exceeded expectations. The support after closing have been great. While we have not had any major issues, there are always small things that pop up after closing. Garrett and Highland have been equally impressive after we moved in - immediately addressing any concerns or issues that have arisen. This was my first new build property and I feel very fortunate that I chose Highland Homes. My overall experience was excellent and any issues were dealt with very quickly. Quality compared to other builders is also higher.

We had a great experience from beginning to end with Highland homes. The sales rep and construction manager were both highly responsive to our requests. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Highland home in the future.

We are beyond pleased with our new home. From our first meeting with Linda in the sales office to post-closing small details with Don (and all parts in between), we always felt that we were valued and respected. We have been in our home long enough to receive full-month utility bills. The home is truly energy efficient and very comfortable. We thank you, Highland Homes and your great Woodforest team, for exceeding our expectations!

When moving to Bridgeland, we had hoped to build a Highland Home, but expected we would have to sacrifice size or features to construct one at our price point. Surprisingly, our sales associate considered our requests, picked a great plan and elevation, and provided considerable upgrades, while remaining in our budget. Constructing and financing through a Highland affiliate resulted in a seamless process, one in which it only took 3 months to construct and close on our home.

If you are getting the attention that you deserve when looking for a home, like we did from Highland, stick with it. They will help you every step of the way.

Chris was our builder and did an excellent job. He is very responsive, is on top of everything and is nice to work with.

This is our third new build over the years and by far the best experience. From working with sales for the initial purchase to the updates and responsiveness from the project manager Brady. I’m addition, the quality of the build is the best we have had yet. Highland was recommended to us and we will definitely recommend to others as well.
