Our experience with Highland was outstanding. Alicia S. And Debbie G. were wonderful to work with. Shawn D., who is now my neighbor, was a great builder. He was very patient with me as I stopped by the build nearly everyday. He was always willing to answer any and every question. Reggie did a great job of walking us through the financing process and getting us to the finish line. Highland was great!!

From my first interaction with Nelli and her team, the buying experience was better than I had ever experienced before. Nelli was patient and very knowledgeable. The help I received from Lindsay during the lending process was very professional and basically stress-free, which is unusual. Brandon and Ashley made the building of my home extremely pleasant because they were so patient, knowledgeable, an Very Responsive to any issue or question that I brought to them - and I had many questions and requests. The quality of the basic level of materials used was above what I had expected, and of course any upgrades were exceptional as well. The quality of workmanship was great in most instances, but did have to be revised in some areas, which I guess is to be expected, so overall - it was very good. Regarding some initial issues, the Construction Manager solved all outstanding issues goving us a total satisfaction about our Home. Thank you for your commitment.

Overall a great experience. The salesman, Kevin did a great job and was very helpful to reach the end product. I do believe there is a problem with some of the construction personnel understanding the product that Highland Homes wants delivered to the buyer. This is our second Highland Home and they stand behind their word of getting it finished to that standard.

This is our second time building with Highland, and we would do it again. Our project manager, John, was wonderful to work with!

This is my second time building a home. Tracy T. and Ryan K. were great to work with and made the experience great. If I were to build another home, Tracy and Ryan would be my choice. I looked at many homes from other builders, but Highland Homes stood out.

Our overall all experience is beyond great. Highland Homes as a company and staffs are the best in town. They really go above and beyond on any issue that might arise during any phase of construction or inspection. Their commitment and professionalism are truly unmatched. They always take the time to listen and address all the issues before and after closing. Their word is a bond. Also, we find that Highland Homes come with several standard features that considered upgrades with other builders as well as practical floor plans that have great noise control, energy efficiency, and yet serve every single need of any family from living, cooking, playing, working or studying. Everyone we worked with at Highland Homes in Bridgeland was very easy to talk to and work with. They were very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in what we had to say. I wasn’t looking forward to the building process, but they all made it much better than I thought it would be. Our builder made a big difference. He was great to work with, easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The one area I wish we could have had some input, was the landscaping. Some issues with finishes, and quality of some material. Overall experience was great.

I love my Highland Home. I have had some new home issues (common with new construction) but Highland has been responsive, and the issues are being resolved timely. Henry has been a large help in coordinating all of the necessary repairs for our family. Highland's professionals (Avery, Brandon, Henry) all have been very helpful throughout this entire homebuying process. Brandon & Henry both consistently respond after hours when I had new home construction issues. Between them both I feel confident that all of my new home issues will be resolved timely and to my standards.

As compared to other builders I have dealt, the Highland team was top notch. Very attentive to me as a homebuyer but also making sure that they communicated effectively along every step of the way. The quality of the finished product far exceeds what wwe expected and friends and familly that have beenover have been wowed to the point of considering Highland for their own future homes. I HIGHLY recommend Highland Homes.

Everything was great, both Denise and Nick were great. Home is spaced and functions as expected. I appreciate the build quality and workmanship. The house was expensive, but what isn't these days?

Great value for the money. The construction quality could use some improvement though. Sales manager was good and responsive until we got into contract but never heard back after that. Would have appreciated a more engaging team.

a lot of care goes into the craftsmanship of the Highland home we purchased. when there were problems, they were addressed. no questions asked. they explained everything we needed to know.

Buying experience was awesome….Highland Homes are great homes as expected with their modern designs…our construction manager Juan is great with helping us with any questions as needed…the closing date was on time or earlier as promised….overall we are very happy with our builder Highland Homes and would highly recommended to future buyers

This is to be our final home to retire in and it was important that it was built the way we wanted it and with quality. So glad we chose Highland! Everyone on their team has been fantastic from beginning to end. Avery Turek was an awesome salesperson. She saw our vision of what we wanted and worked hard to get us what we needed. Once building, Whitaker took over and took us through to the end. Sure there were bumps in the road along the way but Highland always stepped in and made things right.
