From the beginning, working with Highland Homes was so seamless. Our consultant Haleigh was so responsive and helpful in walking us through the various floor plans and add on options to build a home that was perfect for us. Once we landed on the Middleton plan, we were connected with our project manager Robbie. Robbie is fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. He sent us weekly email updates and was very responsive to questions/concerns. Our only area of concern was after we closed on the house. We had a few areas to touch up during our final walk and the crew sent in lacked attention to detail and some aspects felt rushed. The concrete in our front entrance was a different color, plaster on the gutters, paint on floors, etc. Overall, this did not tarnish our experience because the home is beautiful and Robbie has been so responsive to our concerns and made proper repairs and touch ups. Overall experience has been pretty good. Any issue has been addressed quickly. Some issues can not be remedied. Hanging a flush mount mirror on a curved wall (where it is supposed to be straight) presented challenges. Some walls/trim were installed without a chalk line or an L square and because floor tiles are true, it is apparent. It does not affect function of wall, just appearance.

Highland was very responsive during the home buying process and quickly resolved any concerns identified on our walkthroughs. We've had a couple months in our house now with no issues and are very content.

After much research and looking at other new and remodeled homes in the area we found this builder to have exceptional value. All the extra details in building and finishing out the home went above and beyond any other builders in the area. The whole process went so smoothly and we were always kept up to date with progress, delays, and what to expect next in the process. The app is a great resource for buyers and owners!

The quality of the house is awesome. I am very pleased and had no problems. Everyone was very professional.

He provided inisight, suggestions and provided us with peace of mind that our home was being built with the upmost care. We build a strong relationship throughout the process and i know we will keep this relationship moving forward.Cannot stress enough hoe impactful John was and continues to be. I know that there are awards given to exceptional representatives and want to make sure that John is nominated for builder/construction manager of the year.

I had the best experience planning the right floor plan for the lot I chose with my sales contact, Andrew and my builder Kel has taken care of me every step of the way. I had awesome experiences with sales (Val) and walk through with the builder (Mike). Mike and Val have been responsive to all my questions and completed any actions that were needed. Val has made me feel welcome in the community with her kindness, reminders, and holiday greetings. More than happy with my new home.

it was our first new home buying experience , from the day we saw the house and met Tim and his team, we are in love with Highland homes..they did great job both in communications and quality of work. we started to value more as we learn more on other builder issues and look back with ours..we appreciated much. thank you HighLand - Homes team (Tim team) and HighLand - Home Loan team (Hank Team) you all are awesome

Builder was very responsive to any issues I needed them to address. The selling agent was also always available and interested in our needs. The product was very good, except that some of the subs may have rushed. The door was not put on with a screw large enough to keep it from sagging, so until that was fixed the deadlock did not smoothly engage. The down spout pulled off the wall on the side of the house after the first big rain, and the paint on base boards around the floor blistered mysteriously, possibly cause by very small amounts of water (perhaps particle board?). However, Highland quickly acted to remedy all of these problems and was sympathetic to my concerns -- so I am satisfied. Highland Homes builds a great product! Their architecture, design and finish out are amazing. We went from a fully custom home to an inventory home, and it was a near flawless transition. I would recommend them to anyone. I would not recommend their Home loans, but as a builder they are amazing!

Process was seamless from sales of lot, internal design and upgrades.

I had a great experience with the builder and he met all my needs and addressed all my concerns.

The tile in the master bath was not up to par but he came back and made it look better. the first painters were terrible, there chaucking sucked but Harrison brought in another painter and they were great, we had a problem finding the brick must of the samples they didn't make anymore. All other issues were done except the floor they have it schedule some time in December

From start to finish of the process from picking lot to design picks to closing out was overall a great experience.

Hands down best builders in San Antonio! Absolutely loved working with Highland homes to have our home built. We were well informed every step of the way! Any questions we had were quickly answered. Dorothy was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We came into San Antonio in Jun and they worked hard to have the house ready way ahead of schedule! The home is absolutely beautiful! I have zero complaints about quality of home we got!

Anytime I have a concern Austin responds right away with a solution or update. Austin is professional and informative.

I found a gem of a home that was well built, comfortable, and a fantastic value. The sales process was trouble free.

Working with our salesman, Hector, was great. He could be working on 10 projects and never miss a beat! Our builder, David, made great effort to accommodate our wishes-even when they couldn’t get our first choices in tile. They ripped a whole section out to redo tile to keep our original vision. After moving in, there have been the inevitable kinks. I’ve been impressed with every worker who has come back to make things right.

This experience was perfect for me. Every wish was fulfilled and timely. All the services of the home was taken care of by knowledgeable trade personal. I had no worries and this is so important at 85 years old. Service at its very best and I love my Highland Home.

Our experience with Highland was issue free. Our salesman and our construction manger were top notch. They handled our requests as we sent them in and were professional and speedy. The home is the best home we have lived in. We love it.

Both Sales rep and builder have been great
