This is my first time with Highland Homes, and I have been pleased with them from the start. The sales consultant, Anita, has been very helpful and offered good suggestions from start to finish. Additionally, I receive weekly updates about the progress of my home from Devin, who I believe is the construction manager. In my opinion, he has great attention to detail. Overall, my experiences so far have been positive, and I love my new home. If I buy a second home, it will definitely be with Highland Homes again—no doubt!

We had an outstanding experience with Highland Homes while building our new home. From the beginning, Jon, the sales associate, was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process. My overall experience with Highland Homes through-out my purchase process was a "great experience." I had the opportunity to make a few changes that went exceptionally well. All of my changes and choices were completed with the "Highest Degree of Professionalism." I'm extremely HAPPY with my new home choice, although there were several styles to choose from. It's very stressful to buy a home, with a Massive Mix of Emotions and numerous choices. This overwhelming process took over a year to settle on what was-right for me. After making my choice, Troy and David provided understanding, great listening skills, immediate replies to my questions and total professional attitudes which kept my emotions in check. From the initial sales meeting all the way to 30 days after we closed, the experience was amazing. Everyone was very helpful and informative. The building process was grreat and we are very happy with our new home.

I made the decision to leave NY where I had lived for years after hearing from friends how wonderful it was living here in Van Alstyne, Texas. I came down to see for myself and from the minute I arrived I could see what they were raving about. My friends took me all around, showing me so many wonderful places and things. My friends live here in Van Alstyne in a beautiful house built by Highland Homes. I made the decision to meet with the people at Highland Homes. I met with Tracy, the most incredible Sales Representative for Highland Homes who couldn’t have been nicer. Tracy showed me all the houses I could pick from and all the designs I could choose from. I made the decision in 2 days time to buy a house here in Van Alstyne and to have Highland Homes build it. I haven’t regretted that decision for a second! I now live in the most beautiful house that I love. Tracy and Cameron, the construction manager kept me informed and updated each and every step of the way as my house was being built as I was living in NY. Ok, I have been buying total of 7 homes so far in my life. This is only home builder made me recommend my home builder to people. Sale office staff was amazingly professional and updating every single thing so I didn’t have to check on the progress. The sale staff did go above and beyond truly. And the home was very well built. I bought 2600 square feet 2 story home. Highland didn’t waste any space in the house. High quality finishes. The best part is the warranty care. After I move in, there must be little issues but the project manager Eric baker has been amazing. He personally takes care of every little thing within 24 hours. It was pretty much same day service for warranty repairs. I was so amazed. I never seen the service like this.
