Building our home with Highland Homes has been a truly positive and memorable experience from start to finish. From the very first step of purchasing the home to the excitement of moving in, everything went smoothly, and we felt supported throughout the entire journey. Sarah, our construction manager, played a huge role in making the process seamless. She was always available to answer our questions and walked us through every stage, whether it was the initial selection meeting, construction updates, or even the warranty process after closing. She made sure all of our concerns were addressed promptly and took great care of the punch list after the home was completed, ensuring that every detail was taken care of before we moved in. On the financial side, Amy, the Highland Homes lender, was equally amazing. She guided us step by step through the loan and closing process, explaining everything clearly so we always knew what to expect. Her patience and thoroughness gave us peace of mind during what could have otherwise been a stressful process. As for the home itself, the quality is truly top-notch. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall value exceeded our expectations. Highland Homes delivered exactly what they promised and responded quickly whenever we had questions or needed guidance. It was clear to us that they take pride in both their work and their relationships with homeowners. If I could give advice to anyone considering building a home, I would say, go with Highland Homes. We just moved from out of state, and honestly, that could have been a nerve-wracking process… but Heather and Henry made it feel easy. Heather teamed up with our realtor, Amy, and walked us through every step using FaceTime and photos, she made sure we knew exactly what was going on, kept us comfortable and confident, and never left us wondering if we were getting everything we wanted. Henry, our Highland Homes builder went above and beyond. He took extra time to FaceTime us, send frequent pictures, and give continuous updates so we always felt connected to the build, even from far away. He answered every question quickly and handled any issue without hesitation. Now we’re in our beautifully built, high-quality home, and we couldn’t be happier. We chose Highland based on the large lot and amazing floor plan. The ability to customize everything allowed us to make this home our dream home! The process was extremely smooth. Our builder, Michael, really went above and beyond with communication, keeping us in the loop and offering ideas to support us through the process. Even after closing, we were able to contact him with questions and he still responded with the same friendliness and speed as though we were still building. I would absolutely recommend Highland for anyone looking for beautiful and quality work.

The building process was very smooth and seamless. Jonathan, the Highland construction manager was outstanding! He was very responsive, professional and detailed-oriented from start to finish. Even though we lived in Virginia during the building process, he made sure to give us regular updates so we never felt out of touch with the process. He kept the project on track, solved issues quickly and delivered a beautiful home exactly as we envisioned it. I highly recommend!!

Cris, Gigi & Skyler were an amazing team for my buying experience in new Braunfels. They were all incredibly responsive, showed empathy and caring for me having a positive experience with Highland Homes. They were also incredibly accommodating with my request and concerns. They took the time to explain why they could or could not accommodate different requests. They also have continued to be warm and friendly and accommodating post sale. I would highly recommend the New Braunfels team for anybody shopping for a new construction or spec home.

Highland does a great job from start to finish getting people into new beautiful homes. Everyone I worked with through the process was fantastic to work with - very responsive to questions & res one any issues.

From Sales to Loan Officer to Construction Manager each individual made you feel like you was a part of a family. Every single person made sure they met my family needs in the process buying and building our forever home. They comforted our fears in this process and they made sure the quality of their services was top tier. My Wife and I have been home shopping for YEARS. We ultimately decided that getting a home to our standards just wasn't attainable so we agreed to be renters still (shame on Blackstone). Anyway, my brother (realtor) found a gem from Highland Homes. Not only did the home sing to us but given the in-house financing, we were able to afford it. What really set it apart though was HH's builder, David. He was attentive, went out of his way for us, and never made any request/inquiry seem small. If it matters to us, it matters to him. He's given us peace of mind knowing he'll do whatever it takes to make us satisfied and happy homebuyers. This was our first home buying experience so we were a little nervous, but right from the start Brooke and Mike were so wonderful in helping us through the whole process. They were always available to answer our questions, gave us ample time to make decisions, and communicated in a timely fashion with updates along the way. Even after we closed on the house, Mike has continued to answer questions for me when I know he is super busy with other projects and that means a lot that he still finds the time to make sure we are happy with the house.
