Great experience working with the entire team from the sales team to the project management team.

The homebuying process from start to finish was stress-free and exceeded my expectations. As a first time homebuyer, I did not know what to expect thus had several questions which Highland answered swiftly and honestly. If you are like me, you will not regret purchasing a Highland Home!

We had a little pause at the beginning of the pandemic. They work with our fears and allowed us to make changes to better meet or needs.

Being a 1st time homeowner can be scary and exciting, but for the 1st home to be new construction brings another level of anxiety and excitement. However, Highland Homes made this experience so enjoyable. From the sales to the design to the construction, every team was very open to any and every question we had. The communication was excellent and even during the pandemic we never experienced a delay. They stayed ahead of the curve which is needed in this process. Look no further, Highland is the BEST!!!

They help you get exactly what you need, and adjust based on your desires and budget. Great house project and awesome features. Our sales person (Sarah T) was amazing and caring. She gave us all the time to make sure we were taking the right decision, always available. Great experience overall.

I had a great home buying experience with Highland Homes. From my first visit to the lovely model and working with a great sales counselor through each phase of the building process, I was pleased with the journey. There were several wonderful floorplans to choose from and I am delighted with the one I chose. The amenities included, as well as the quality of workmanship is excellent. From the first time we stooped to look at the model through the finalizing of our mortgage approval, Highland Homes was extremely easy to work with and highly responsive to our needs. Towards the end of the process, we needed to move our closing date up and they bent over backward to make it happen for us. We've been in our home for almost 3 months and so far it is fantastic. No major issues. The few minor things that have come up the builder has been highly responsive to and worked quickly to make it right.
