only reason im docking a star from workmanship // materials is theres little tiny things that were rushed, not huge deals, just basically small nicks that we were told can't be fixed overall amazing builder and great house for value

This was my first new home “build” from picking home plan to selecting colors and materials. I can’t say enough good things about the professionalism of all Highland Homes employees. The service provided by the design center, the ease of completing documents to get the process and my selections priced, the pre-construction meeting was very helpful and gave me a chance to make sure all the add ons I wanted were included. Would not have bought this house, had it not been for Bryn!! The way she treated us was incredible!!

Highland built our home to accommodate our unique needs of our family members. Bathrooms and doors handicap accessible for wheelchairs. It is so much easier to get around the house in my powerchair because of the wide hallways and doors. I love the walk-in showers. The construction management team and contractors did a great job building the home. I was extremely impressed with the stone workmanship. The Chesterfield is a very spacious floor plan if you need the room, but not the stairs. The sales team, Chad and Sue assisted us all the way from beginning until closing.

We could not be more pleased that we selected Highland Homes for our new residence in the Dallas area. From our first step into the model home/sales office it was nothing but friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism (Margaret Anne + Ashley). Buying from out of state, it was a bit difficult in making selections but the designer (Ashley) and everyone else was always very accommodating. All along the construction process, we were kept up to date and most surprising when they proposed a closing date....that was the date we closed! It has been a pleasure to work with Daniel on everything once we moved into our home. The building process was smooth and timely. My sales consultant Lisa and contractor Matt were fantastic! Highly recommend. My only complaint is the quality of cabinets and no choices for upgrades on some things I would have preferred. That’s the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 for quality of materials, workmanship was 5 stars. But that said, I am very pleased with my new home.

I love my new home, it has everything that my family and I needed. Highland’s Team was a pleasure to work with from day 1, they provided and lot of information and encourage research of our new home, what a great experience.
