We initially looked at Highland, shopped around but came back to them. The quality of the house is amazing and have not had one issue in the 3 months we moved. They walked us through the entire process and answered every question.

The first home we purchased here in DFW was a Highland Home. Since then, we have built with Drees, Onyx, Beazer and Megatel. Highland was the best with customer service. For this community, we chose Highland based on our past experiences. They did not disappoint! The customer service during the construction and after moving in has been outstanding! Josh K., Spencer and Josh T. Made sure all concerns were taken care of to our satisfaction! They went above and beyond! I will not hesitate recommending Highland to our friends and relatives!

The response to issues has been exceptional. Our builder representative (Chase) has made sure every concern was addressed to our satisfaction.

Mr jerrod was an outstanding professional. He made all Efforts to satisfy us. The builder representative on final survey was also very nice gentlemen and explained all aspects of our house . Very happy with our first Highland Home. Our sales rep Laurie helped with lot selection, orientation of the home and went to bat for us to get the best value. We were constantly at the site and often talked with our construction sup Brody. Being involved in the process gave us a much better understanding of our construction. The 4 star on workmanship and materials is likely a function of increased demand on third party vendors. Trim and paint guys seemed to be in a rush and it shows up. Still a great house and would be fantastic with a little more attention to fine details.

Our home buying experience was great. Lisa, Rich, and Nunnie were great in getting my family into our home in Parkside.

Overall the buying experience with HH has been good. The sales team as well as the project manager have been very cooperative and always heard our concerns. Todd, Ivonne and Dillon were always helpful. I cannot say the same with HH third party vendors whether it is low voltage or high voltage. A well linked document tracking with all changes is something HH can improve upon. It wasn't easy to track. Construction quality was good but painting needs significant improvement. I still see lots of patches across the inside walls. Unimportant, but it would have made a huge difference, normally, all builders give a nice hamper (chocolates, wine , hand towels with our names) at the time of closing. No such thing was provided. We had great experience with the Highland home sales person towards closing and with the walkthrough with the construction manager. The staff has been responsive and helpful in taking care of any issues that came up. We have bought homes in the past but but we would rate our experience with Highland Homes too notch!

Overall, my home-buying experience was fantastic! My sales agent, Kathi, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive to my inquiries. My realtor shared my price range with Kathi, and we were able to negotiate a beautiful home that perfectly meets my needs. My construction experience was generally satisfactory. Fortunately, the house was in the late stages of construction, so I didn’t have to endure the lengthy wait for completion or the hassle of building from scratch. The craftsmanship at Highland Homes is truly remarkable, surpassing the quality of my previous builder. While there are a few minor nitpicks, I am generally pleased with my purchase. I am still experiencing issues with my HVAC system, awaiting reimbursement for water due to a leak discovered after closing, and the stair still makes a cracking noise. We were extremely nervous to buy from a homebuilder again, as our first experience was very unpleasant. Highland worked with us every step of the way, was super responsive, and accommodated our wishes (like our external inspector that came to every inspection). We live in a mixed neighborhood of various homebuilders, and you can tell which are Highland Homes. The quality is absolutely higher. We did lots of Googling and review-reading prior to selecting Highland, and it was a great decision. They are also super responsive after the fact and have taken good care of us. The process from the initial purchase to final move-in was smooth and well-organized. The builder kept everything on schedule, and there were no major surprises along the way. They made what could have been a stressful experience much easier for us. The quality of the home is excellent, with attention to detail throughout. We had been looking at this builder and floorplan for about two when we were finally ready to move forward. Our sales counselor, Thea, was absolutely amazing to work with - she was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She set and managed our expectations by communicating frequently and thoroughly throughout the process. Our construction manager, Clayton, was spectacular to work with. His attention to detail and communication style allowed me to feel at ease with the entire process. He was available to answer questions, offer suggestions, and ensure everything went smoothly. Late in the process, Clayton was reassigned to a different neighborhood, and our new construction manager was Chuck. My wife and I were very nervous about the change, but Thea and Chuck ensured it was seamless. Chuck's passion for homebuilding was very evident. He was able to finish our build and met all of our expectations. Am generally happy with my new home. There are some items that need to be corrected but I am sure that the building supervisor Clayton will assist me in correcting them

Tim, the on site sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and will always take your call to answer any last minute questions. Carter our most recent superintendent has been a pleasure to work with. Great team!

We love our house and if we had to make decision again we would go with Homeland again!

I liked everything about the home and the people involved in the process. Definitely worth the money spent. Highly recommend it!
