Our experience with Highland Homes was a good one from start to finish. Our sales rep and our builder were both very quick and eager to help us and to be sure we were happy with our new home. We very much appreciate how we were treated by Highland Homes, and especially by those two individuals.

Terrific

Great homes with good sales and building team. Open fast communication with no hassle.

Not covering flooring after installed caused some minor damage. Paint overspray, muddy shoes on carpets, some small paint drops on carpet. Very minor, but many subs did not remove shoes even though there was sign on door. Also, better communication on what we could have expected from pavers on back patio. They were not what we anticipated. We should have asked to see example. All in all, Garrett was very responsive to any and all concerns we had, and we were very happy with Garrett as our builder.

Builder warranty is great. They address any issues you have in timely manner. I would recommend the builder to my family and friends. Pleased with the work ethic and dedication of the entire team (sales rep and project manager).

From loan application to actual purchase has been the best home buying experience I've ever had. Quality construction, finish work, and efficiency. Customer service outstanding and very responsive. The few minor issues I had after move in were quickly resolved. I will enjoy my new Highland home for many years and it was a worthwhile investment.

the quality of workmanship and materials are ok, based on what you pay for. But they house should have been cleaned more prior to moving in. We've only lived in this house for over a month, and will have it inspected by 6 months time before warranty expires.

Excellent experience with sales and construction manger. . They were both prompt and helpful through out the entire process.

We were very happy with the sales and construction process for our new home at Aliana. The sales and project teams worked hand in hand to ensure all communications regarding the house were documented and verified. Their process for checks at various stages and during closing made us more confident on their project. The closing and post-close follow ups have been great too. Would highly recommend highland homes to my friends and family.

We had a few issue due to poor workmanship on contractors or possibly unknowing mistakes but overall anything that was broken was fixed quickly and completely by Justin. Our builder manager was great and always there for us.

We love our home and were overall pleased with the process. The only complaint we had was that the little things were sloppy. We have white tile in our master that we have paint, caulk, and glue on. They laid the tile early in construction and did not protect it. We keep finding little finishing things like spots that aren't painted, thing that should have been painting that were simply rubbed with calk to cover instead, sloppy paint and drawers that don't run properly. Other than the little things our home is perfect.

Highland has worked with us to develop a plan to correct the issues we had. They have not given us a problem with any of the parts of the build that we were dissatisfied with; in fact on many levels of their organization they have proved that they cared. Once we were able to make a schedule that worked for both of us they worked quickly and on time to deliver with minimal long term disruption to our home. We are satisfied with the outcome.

this is our second time to buy a Highland Home. We are pleased with the quality and would buy from them again!

Thanks to her patience, creativity and professionalism to make this experience amazing for us for years to come. Greg, construction manager was prompt, polite, educational, patient, responsive and amazing to work with to complete this project. His timely update, response and closing out actions were worry free for us to focus on our daily life. I do find highland base options do not measure up to the quality of the home they build. We ended up upgrading most of the things that challenged our budget and total price of the house. Thanks to Anna to be creative to help us navigate this within our budget.
