Great experience, listened to our concerns at every stage

The house is beautiful, and our builder Ben has been very responsive about taking care of some little things that need to be fixed. Overall, the workmanship is good, and my husband and I are very pleased.

We found the process very easy, Steve and Andrew where easy to work with and accommodating with every request and sometimes rushed deadlines. The only drawback with the lighting selections.

During the start of Covid-19 we were worried if we had made a bad decision to buy with the uncertainty. But working with Highland Homes and our builder Jason was a very easy process. Very happy with the end result and all the steps in between.

Overall has been a great experience and would recommend to anyone!

My wife and I have been very pleased with our new Highland home. The whole Highland team. sales, construction, financing, that worked with us from beginning to end were always very professional, courteous, and responsive.

We absolutely love our home and thoughtfulness on how it was built. The building materials used are of high quality. Our only concern is the quality of the bathroom cabinets is not what we would have expected for this price point. Our home buying process went well and Highlands exceeded our expectations with their professionalism.

Our home was a builder home which came with a number of upgrades. Overall we love it. There are a couple of things that need to be addressed ( no show stoppers), With the pandemic and all the response has been a little less than desirable.

Process from build to finish was well managed and communicated

Overall the quality’s very good. We’ve had a few small issues, which is to be expected, but Highland’s been very responsive to address them. Great people to work with. Wish the Ranches at Creekside developer and HOA were as quick and responsive as Highland’s been.

Best experience to date. The new home sales associate was second to none.

Some of the products seem very cheap and or not done with care. For example door knobs, faucet, paint, driveway cement. Otherwise excellent.

The entire buying process was smooth. All Highland representatives were friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. My home was completed approximately one month ahead of schedule.

First time building a home and glad we did it with Highland. Jeff and Judy were easy to work with in the office and Bryan was and continues to be responsive with our home. The materials were excellent so far and workmanship was good, any issues I had were quickly addressed. Nothing is ever perfect and they will fix anything which is not up to standard. There are a few things I wish I could have added or changed, but those are minor compared to what I got. This was an excellent experience from beginning to end, highland Went above and beyond in every effort, even when things got dicey at the end, I can’t see myself buying from or building with a different builder again

Everyone on the team was outstanding!

We had looked at many houses while searching for a home; our realtor showed us several different new homes in our current area, and went over any advantages or disadvantages with each. Highland Homes representatives were very friendly and answered any and all questions we had. Once we had picked out the home we wanted, any issues we had (all were small issues) were dealt with very quickly and without question. We would not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.

Had a great home buying experience. We have bought other houses from Nationally so-called respectable builders, and have been very unsatisfied with the entire process. Would buy another Highland Home.

We love our highland home and while all new homes will have a few issues, this builder has gone above and beyond to make sure our issues are fixed in a timely manner. Would recommend Highland Homes over our previous DR Horton so far.

My wife and I purchased a Highland Home in the Heartland community, which ended up being the best decision we've ever made. The whole process was seemingly painless for such a life changing decision, we would highly recommend both Highland Homes and Heartland community. Consideration for buying: quility of products for purchase price(the amount of home for the price), the build quality, and the community itself.

The quality of the home stands out and when we get visitors they love the house.
