Highland Homes was a builder I had been watching and researching for a few years. I had other top builders in mind but a Highland purchase was at the top of my list. While there are hiccups, my issues are promptly addressed. So far not one regret or negative two months in from closing. My home is beautiful and I am so grateful that God gave me the chance to work with builder. My new build is absolutely gorgeous.

All the personnel I dealt with were very helpful and very knowledgeable and helped every way they could.

We couldn't have asked for a better builder. The whole homebuying experience, from the first day of appointment to see their available plans to closing was just so unbelievably smooth. They were quick to address our concerns every step of the whole process, and most importantly they were true to their words. The quality and the style of the home is what l love the most. There has not been one person that came into our home that did not openly admire the beauty and quality of the workmanship. If we have to buy again, we'll definitely go with Highland homes.

The Sales team was/is awesome! Friendly, cooperative, informative, always my advocate. My construction manager was AWESOME too! He kept me informed every step of the way and addressed any questions I had very promptly. He is very courteous and proactive. I am very happy with the entire experience from start to finish. I can't say enough good things about Highland homes and my experience. Ken, Kent, Patti, Doug, Leslie, Frank, and Darrell have all been fantastic to work with. Ken and Kent are great salespeople and truly excellent advocates for your business. Kent spent so much time with me discussing options and helping me make good informed decisions with his transparent approach. Leslie at design is a gem. She helped us pick everything, and we used her expert advice for some things we weren't really sure what to pick like grout colors. I spent most of this process working with Frank on the construction of the house and warranty requests post closing. He has been truly first class, responsive, and accommodating. Any time I brought up a concern or question, we talked about it and found an agreeable solution. Doug and Patti spent countless hours working through the mortgage application process, rate discussions, then finishing touches for under writing.
