Great experience from start to finish.

Great costumer service and designs. We love our home!!

We were kept informed at every step in the home building process. Problems come up in any big project, so I focus on how the issues are dealt with. Highland Homes addressed and fixed all the problems that arose with professionalism and care. Highly recommend this builder!

Nelli is great, but we have had many issues related to the quality of workmanship, responsiveness of the repairs/resolution. Initial supervisor resigned and did not correct multiple things. Serious drainage issue in our backyard. Poor Grading, etc. Now we are trying to put in a pool and we were told there was room to put one in and meet the requirements. Now we are being told differently by the HOA GM for Liberty. Our decision to purchase this home was we thought everything would be high quality and information would be correct. We had a wonderful experience with Highland Homes. While at times it was stressful, as homebuilding can be, Aaron & Layne were always quick to resolve any issues and make things right. They were both very responsive and happy to call us whenever we needed. It felt like we were building a home with family. We did feel like some of the more detailed aspects of the house were initially completed poorly but our builder made sure to have the contractors come out and fix things to a more expected level. Even after closing, both Layne and Aaron have been super responsive to any minor issues that have come up or questions that we have. We are so thankful to have built our first home with Highland! Anna in Sales and Ian in Construction were both awesome to deal with! Always on top of everything and made sure the entire process was quick and easy. We are super happy with our new Highland Homes house at Mustang Lakes!

Keep ose eyes on the building phase, the attention to detail is lacking. For instance: we were assured that the drywall installers used screws instead of nails. I personally saw them pound all the screws inime nails.. No one is keeping track of the vendor work as far as I can tell.

Greg and Teri are excellent individuals to work with. A special shutout to Greg! Throughout the process he kept me informed of the progress and any issues therein. He is very accountable and was always responsive to any issues I've had throughout the process. Thank you for all the help!

The builder did their best to stick to the schedule even with the bad weather in Texas (snowstorm). When we moved in we had an opportunity to point at any small details that needed to be addressed. The builder came back in and made sure they addressed the details and the house was 100 percent move in ready.

Responsive to any issues encountered.

The beginning process was so exciting. Everyone that helped us with highland was informative and kind. We had a few delays on windows and the brick for the home which extended our closing 2 months. That is something you just have to be flexible with when building a new home. Only complaint, the items we wanted fixed before closing seemed to not be handled with care. The workmanship seemed to be sloppy. For example where a the bottom of the floor/wall buckled that was fixed in closing day. Well who ever fixed left paint and caulk on the wood planking and it was not smooth. That’s just one example. I put in warranty ticket for the minor things we found again which is common. Very fast response! They came out a few days later to look at the items. We are very happy with our home! ... More

Having built a house in the past, and experiencing a builder who was slipshod and unpleasant to deal with, we were thrilled with our process with Highland Homes. Not only have they been responsive throughout, but the quality of our home is something we continually enjoy as we get settled. We've been continually glad that we chose Highland, and equally happy with the people we've worked with through the process. I've had experience with production and custom builders in the past and Highland rates as low as possible.

We encountered some issues along the way between Sales and Build process but they were all responsive and resolved. Overall a really good experience. Highly Recommend.

-Invested sales group that is not pushy and takes time to understand your needs -Project management team was great at updates regarding schedule -Project management team addressed issues in an efficient manner

Building was very well handled by the project manager Eric.

They take care for their home buyers and the team that we worked with was phenomenal. From Mr. Jeff our salesman with his knowledge, Mrs. Judy with her wisdom, Mrs Jessica our design center coordinator which has a gift for making a home beautiful and fit to you, and finally Mr. Brian for building my family our dream home and keeping us in the know throughout the entire process and even after the house was built still tend to our needs. I want to thank them for all that they do. We love our Highland Home!

Great customer service, great first impression!

Excellent experience. The sales staff was extremely professional working with us through the entire process. The site superintendent took "personal pride" in the build out of our new home, working with the contractors insuring everything was correct. Having built a previous home with a different builder, I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Highlands Homes.

We bougth our dream house , but we have many problem with plumbing ( toilet) paint , door , landscaping cabinet etc . They sell us a lambo and receive a focus , It not fair , we are very frustrated , we not recommend this builder company at all .
