Our experience from the beginning (lot purchase) home construction and our closing was outstanding everyone was extremely helpful. We are very pleased with the quality and value of our new home. Doug and Bryn were the best builder and salesperson. They were helpful and accommodating to our family and needs throughout the project. We would recommend Highland to others. With every new home build project there will be issues but their ability to address immediately made all the difference in the experience.

I wanted to take a minute and share with you what I wonderful journey our Highland experience has been. Mary guided us through the purchase process with such love and support. She cheerfully worked with us as we decided on configurations, add ons and other pre construction changes. She advocated for us like we were her family. She never lost her patience and was always willing to meet with us, take a call or answer emails right up until the day we closed. As wonderful as Mary was, Trevor, our builder was even more impressive. I have never been through a construction project as smooth as this one was. We loved the weekly updates from Trevor so we always knew what was done, was waiting and what was coming up. The pre construction meetings prevented so many issues that would have normally created anxiety for us and extra work and expense for you.
