My wife and I have built 7 homes, prior to this working with Highland. Renee, our Sales Counselor and Hunter, our Construction Manager made the purchasing, construction and Move-in experience the best we have ever had. During the construction, we would stop by the sales model and the sales team would were very gracious with their time as we were deciding feature details and decorating ideas. Also, during this time, we would drop by the construction site to see progress. Hunter, would go out of his way to stop by and say "hello" whenever he say us. Both Renee and Hunter did an excellent job of communicating status and progress on our home. The Highland team had a well documented phase process which set expectations for us. This process was instrumental in delivering a quality home on the scheduled they committed. Both Renee and Hunter were responsive to our change requests, while still staying on schedule. Hunter was very responsive to questions/concerns raised during and even pointed out a couple items we failed to identify during the selection process (kitchen accent wall, kitchen beams and 2nd bedroom bath frameless shower). Hunter offered to add at no charge nice features like 1) curtain rod bracing, 2) garage attic decking and 3) reduction in use of media room glue and tack strips (we /owner planned to remove this carpet and install rubber flooring for a gym). Whenever their was ambiguity on whether a feature was included, Highland "owned it" and provided the feature at no additional charge. To summarize, my wife and I had an excellent experience working with the Highland team. Building a new home is always stressful. From the beginning to the very end and everything in between our journey in this process was amazing. Our sales agent Heather and our build manager Mark walked us through the entire process with care and ease. Any and all questions we had along the way were addressed and communicated to us clearly and expediently even on a day to day basis in some cases with any concern or clarification we inquired about. We had a great experience working with Lane (Construction Manager) and Lula (Sales Counselor). They made our process building feel comfortable and seamless. This is not our first time building but first with Highland and would build again in a heartbeat if it was Lane leading the build. He was very trustworthy and honest with everything that was going on with our build. That goes a long way when you're trusting someone to build your dream home! We appreciated and looked forward to our weekly updates keeping us informed of everything going on. However, what truly sealed the deal was how amazing Avery & Whitaker were, accommodating our every requests. I am very happy with my Highland home build. This is my third home to purchase, but my first one with Highland. Previous to this Home I had a custom build on acreage. In comparison, I am extremely satisfied with the craftsmanship of this home and honestly, the personal attention received from the Highland team! We had a very positive experience with Avery, Andrew and the Highland Lending ladies. Everyone was genuinely looking out for our best interests. We worked the most and the longest with Andrew, and he went above and beyond!!! He was positive, kind, very knowledgeable, and quick to respond. This is the first time I have built a house and I picked the right builder. Gracie and Conner were both great to work with. Had a question, they would get back to you within a couple of hours. The entire process from picking out my house plans to picking the lot, to deciding on what kind of interior I wanted went without a hitch. I would highly recommend Highland Homes, Gracie and Conner for anyone looking to build a new home.

Heather teamed up with our realtor, Amy, and walked us through every step using FaceTime and photos, she made sure we knew exactly what was going on, kept us comfortable and confident, and never left us wondering if we were getting everything we wanted. Henry, our Highland Homes builder went above and beyond. He took extra time to FaceTime us, send frequent pictures, and give continuous updates so we always felt connected to the build, even from far away. We chose Highland based on the large lot and amazing floor plan. The ability to customize everything allowed us to make this home our dream home! The process was extremely smooth. Our builder, Michael, really went above and beyond with communication, keeping us in the loop and offering ideas to support us through the process. Even after closing, we were able to contact him with questions and he still responded with the same friendliness and speed as though we were still building. I would absolutely recommend Highland for anyone looking for beautiful and quality work.

Highland does a great job from start to finish getting people into new beautiful homes. Everyone I worked with through the process was fantastic to work with - very responsive to questions & res one any issues.

This was our first home buying experience so we were a little nervous, but right from the start Brooke and Mike were so wonderful in helping us through the whole process. They were always available to answer our questions, gave us ample time to make decisions, and communicated in a timely fashion with updates along the way. Even after we closed on the house, Mike has continued to answer questions for me when I know he is super busy with other projects and that means a lot that he still finds the time to make sure we are happy with the house.
