Building was very well handled by the project manager Eric.

We had heard many great things about Highland from friends and neighbors that we met. Our overall experience with Highland was phenomenal! They were always quick to respond to emails with any questions that we had! Our sales rep was Branka and our foreman was Matt Lindeman. They were both excellent to work with! They kept us updated throughout the entire process and took care of any issues we found during the build! The quality and craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations! We are absolutely in love with our new home and will definitely recommend Highland homes to our friends and family!

These guys really came through, in what was a tough time to build a house given the massive inflation and supply chain shortages. They communicated well, were overly fair in how they handled the issues and kept their word when a number of other builders started canceling contracts. Wow.

Overall happy with my home but finishings/touchups to the cabinets and sheetrock could have been better. The issues we identified after closing should have been done before closing as this caused some inconvenience to us. Due to the covid many workers were coming to fix the issues and this didn't feel good/ safe as I have a little baby.

The builders and office personnel were very help to assist us with selections and what was allowable as a Highland Home. We made some changes along the way and most of them were accepted, even during Cov19. I give the Highland builder my highest recommendation.

The whole Highpointe team did an awesome job and delivered us a beautiful new home. We can not thank Brady, Javier, Lula and Danielle enough for helping us get into our first newly built home. We love our floorplan, love the community and love the Highland Homes team!!

As with any new home building experience there will be some things you love and some things that don't go so well. When we were having issues getting the inspections completed so we could close on time, we let Highland know what was going on. They brought in Alex, our construction manager, and he knew how to get things done and how to keep in great communication with us during the whole process. We have been in the home for two months now and Tucker, our new CM, is now working with us on a few minor things for the home and he is doing an outstanding job as well. Great floor plan and great quality homes.

Our experience with Highland homes was absolutely fantastic! Lynn and Linda in the sales office were so helpful and accommodating. I don't say this lightly, but their integrity was one of the biggest reasons we went with Highland. Every interaction we had, we walked away knowing we could trust what was discussed. One person who I really can't thank enough throughout this was Blake, our Building Manager. That guy made the experience fun and exciting. He listened to what we had to say, provided us with some great feedback, and kept us up-to-date with everything that was going on. He was very professional, but made it seem like you're just talking with a good friend about something they're extremely knowledgeable about. Because of Blake, I can absolutely trust that the quality of our home is something I won't have to worry about. I also wanted to make note that we started the construction of our home just before COVID hit. Once the foundation was poured, that's when the first shutdown started. I really can't thank the team over at Highland enough for staying on top of things and letting us know what was going on every step of the way. I have and would continue to recommend working with this builder, they exhibit true professionalism throughout the whole process and we couldn’t be happier with our decision.

Purchasing and building our Highland home was a Great experience. From the selection and sales to the build. Our contractor, Nico, was a pleasure to work with and took good care of us. I remember when we first met him he told us that his main responsibility was to make sure we were satisfied and that he built us the best home possible. He succeeded. We toured many new homes models all over the Austin area and by far preferred Highland Homes.

Highland Homes did a great job. We appreciate the responsiveness of both Luke and Jacob, who made every effort to meet our wishes with all of the options we selected and special requests. The only suggestion we have is that Highland Homes find a better way to communicate available options and coordinate the selections to be more seamless among the office person, design center, electrical related selections, and construction manager. We found out about and added options several times after the first selections. We would have been very upset if we had not learned about those in time to add them. We were told that having many change orders was typical, but I do think those could be significantly reduced with better communication. And having more seamless communication would have made the whole process less confusing. ... More
