I think (Customer Satisfaction) is the dynamism that drives any company, and the most significant characteristic of a company’s failure or success. Highland Homes has this aspect on customer satisfaction “down pat”. From the beginning, working with Ethan (Sales Counselor), he made the difference in our two-year journey of searching for the right home, builder and location. When Ethan met my wife to show Highland Homes in the rain, not worrying about getting wet to show her the lots and homes available, while other sales counselors from other companies…. opted to postpone or meet at a coffee shop to deliver what they had available. My wife and I knew that Highland Homes was positively different. I am currently working overseas and Ethan was instrumental throughout the entire process, he send everything I needed to capture details on lots, area and home we had picked until we closed. Ethan worked inexorably answering emails, conference calls and photos that follow like clockwork on every update and aspect of construction of our new home. He never said “No…. I Am Booked Till This Date” nor “Can We Make It For Next Month”. Often worked after hours to meet our intent. On the finance side, Matthew’s team worked professionally and exceptionally well when we decided to use their company to finance our home. A no pressure smooth and efficient process they competently provided. The same on emails, conference calls, updates and thorough explanation of detail, and step by step on paper work to deliver a better agreement before closing day. On the construction side, Nick “The Builder” played a big role to explain and advise on details throughout the entire construction process. Professional and patient on our demands, promised to delivered our home without delays. After closing, Nick’s team worked hard to listen and fixed mostly small cosmetic issues we had during the closing process Always around to ask if everything was OK, Nick continues to deliver under the new warranty list as promised. Overall Good, but sometimes i feel the responsiveness to issues is too slow

Super happy with the home, our sales consultant Cory and our construction manager Eric. We had 2 minor issues and both were resolved perfectly in a timely manner. Over the years I’ve purchased several homes & this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

I love my Highland Home. I have had some new home issues (common with new construction) but Highland has been responsive, and the issues are being resolved timely. Henry has been a large help in coordinating all of the necessary repairs for our family. Highland's professionals (Avery, Brandon, Henry) all have been very helpful throughout this entire homebuying process. Brandon & Henry both consistently respond after hours when I had new home construction issues. Between them both I feel confident that all of my new home issues will be resolved timely and to my standards.

As compared to other builders I have dealt, the Highland team was top notch. Very attentive to me as a homebuyer but also making sure that they communicated effectively along every step of the way. The quality of the finished product far exceeds what wwe expected and friends and familly that have beenover have been wowed to the point of considering Highland for their own future homes. I HIGHLY recommend Highland Homes.

Great value for the money. The construction quality could use some improvement though. Sales manager was good and responsive until we got into contract but never heard back after that. Would have appreciated a more engaging team.

a lot of care goes into the craftsmanship of the Highland home we purchased. when there were problems, they were addressed. no questions asked. they explained everything we needed to know.

This is to be our final home to retire in and it was important that it was built the way we wanted it and with quality. So glad we chose Highland! Everyone on their team has been fantastic from beginning to end. Avery Turek was an awesome salesperson. She saw our vision of what we wanted and worked hard to get us what we needed. Once building, Whitaker took over and took us through to the end. Sure there were bumps in the road along the way but Highland always stepped in and made things right. The experience of purchasing home from Highland home are great and smooth. The builder response quick to our questions and need. Though we found some issues before/after the moving-in, they all get quickly resolved by the builder.

I have built multiple homes with multiple builders. From the very beginning of this process, I have nothing but good things to say about Highland Homes! I had the best experience planning the right floor plan for the lot I chose with my sales contact, Andrew and my builder Kel has taken care of me every step of the way. I am happily in my home now for the last few months and can’t say enough about the quality and design. Any small warranty items have been well received and taken care of promptly. Process was seamless from sales of lot, internal design and upgrades.

There were some issues after closing but all were addressed within first 45 days.

Overall a great experience. My biggest issue are the following; 1. The amount I paid for my home and the space .. houses are just so close to each other. Literally the home behind me is in my backyard… I can’t even have privacy. I paid way too much money to not have some sort of privacy. I know that on me as well because I should have pick a home that didn’t have the neighbors in the backyard. Ridiculous for the price though. 2. Workmanship- for the most part ok but ton of area that have paint issues (not enough coats of paint), damage to doors (scuffs, paint drips) and under the sick multiple holes in the wood where it seems like someone was confused where the hole needed to be. Put a new piece instead of leaving that messed up piece there. I spent too much money on this home for it not to to have detailed oriented work done. Love the house but, when I see these minor things it really works me. ... More

We had a great sales experience, the sales team has been excellent with responding to queries, addressing our concerns etc. Special call out to Lula who has been excellent to work with. Mixed experience with the construction team. Since we were remote, we didn't had the opportunity to continuously monitor the home. We weren't getting regular (weekly) updates on home construction as promised. During final inspection, we found several issues which were addressed promptly, except a few which were missed and we found them out after moving into the home. We were asked to raise home warranty case, which we did along with a bunch of other issues we found after living in the house. Warranty team has been responsive, but the speed of resolution is not up to mark. It has been more than a month since we moved in, still dealing with unfixed issues with the builder. ... More
