I moved into an amazingly designed home and the care and response from the builders team are awesome. Highland Homes has been the best experience in purchasing a home I have ever had.

Initially we were so skeptical going with highland homes as we had deal with each sales agent (as they were changed frequently) and same with Construction managers but ones we have Michael as construction manager..things got in place and boosted our confidence in moving with highland homes ..as he used to provide construction updates everyweek ( as we were remote, wish we would have been at the site to have other minor changes) and always on call during the support for the time he had with us..definitely recommend Michael and highland homes for new house buyers.

We hired a 3rd party to inspect the home. Many issues were found. The report was provided to the construction supervisor and sales rep. A subsequent follow up by the 3rd party inspector showed that many issues remained. A copy was again provided to the same Highland individuals. A 3rd inspection was performed prior to close. A couple of issues were still identified. After move in one major issue was still unresolved - oven tripping breaker. We were assured prior to close it had been resolved. It was not. Heather, our sales counselor was amazing, professional, and extremely helpful during the process. Our construction manager, Mark, was professional, and did an outstanding job managing the build of our home, delivering a quality house that we love! Highland lives up to their reputation!

Overall our experience with Highland was amazing from start to finish. The selection process with Heather was seamless. The design center was easy and transparent. And then the construction process with Mark was thorough, honest, and professional. We’ve since recommended Highland and the 6 Creeks crew to numerous friends and coworkers!

We had a great experience working with Highland to buy our first home as a family. They scheduled home tours quickly, and when we found one we loved they helped us move through the application and lending process seamlessly. Our new home is top quality and the builders have been super responsive to our issues and requests even after closing.

We were able to purchase and build an incredible home through Highland. Communication has been excellent and professional. Out of multiple builders we looked at, Highland exceeded above all the rest.

My experience buying a highland home and now living here a few months has been wonderful. I’ve noticed a few small things post move in and they fix them right away. I’m so glad I purchased a highland home, some of my other neighbors have had issues and get no response from their builders which thankfully I haven’t experienced at all.

We purchased in December of 2024 and the whole experience has been great. Highland builds a great home and the response to any issues have been great. Would definitely recommend to purchase a Highland home over any other builders in 6 Creeks Subdivision.

The quality is sub par. Gaps in cabinets. Unfinished paint. Poor finish work. Don’t even get me started on the concrete. We have had the driveway the front steps re-poured and they can’t get it right. Flaking concrete, permanent foot steps, discoloration, etc.. It’s been amateur hour here. I’m not a contractor and I’m pretty sure I could do a better job at this point. No attention to detail.

Did not know much about Highland homes when we decided to buy. Everything was built as scheduled with no surprises. Some of the options available were not very clear until specifically asked. Sales could improve providing information on options like extra bedroom or outdoor changes etc., that are available. Satisfied with the overall quality of the build so far in the couple of months since we moved. The project manager has been very responsive to all minor issues found during inspection and after moving.

We have had issue after issue. Some of our service requests have been submitted multiple times. We have received a faulty water faucet a total of 3 times! We have still not received our gold lighting that was in our signed contract after 3 months of being in our home. Our roof leaked after the snow day which left our ceiling stained. The buying experience was great but the service sucks! I gave it two stars because our sales consultant was wonderful. It’s after buying the home that’s been the most stressful! This home cost too much money to have this many problems.

Emmanuel is amazing and very responsive. It’s clear he’s proud to be a part of Highland and is very conscientious of his clients’ satisfaction with their homes. Highland is lucky to have to him as a representative of their company!

As a Vetran I feel I was robbed of my Earnest Money for chosen another Highland home in the same Neighborhood.I lost 12,500 which as a Vetran it does not come by easy.If Highland Homes treat Vetrans this bad everytime they will not get too many stars.

Everything went incredibly smooth with Highland Homes. Our construction manager Zach was very cooperative, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. They even added hardware to the hutch cabinets at no extra cost. We’re truly happy with our purchase and highly recommend them!

Clinton, my builder, is great! He responds quickly to every message and fixes the issues just as fast! He has been very easy to work with. My experience with Highland Homes has been very good.

Initially everyone was great. But as closing came, things were different. Brick color was different from what we chose. There were so many little things that was promised but didn’t happen. Frontyard was just not great looking. Trees look dead. I asked the builder multiple times… not much response. I had to ask to power wash the garage. Had to ask to clean the floor before moving in. I wish the handover would have been more official and smoother… and 100%. I had bought some houses from other builders.. had completely different experience. Quality build. Construction manager does a poor job with following up with communication and misses details in every single email exchange. Construction manager is nice. He tells the buyer he is available for questions/concerns, but does not actually follow through with a quality level of responsiveness. Outright ignores some topics in emails. Issues/agreed upon repairs would persist for weeks and I had to keep asking up until the day before closing. Sales counselor was consistently excellent, responsive and proactive. I would give her five stars.

Well built home, but there are several incidents of "cosmetic damage" that isn't covered under warranty, particularly regarding interior of cabinetry.

We are pretty happy with our home and the work Highland homes did. Andrew and Zach have been great to work with. This build process went smoothly. We got everything we selected. For minor touches after closing Zach was very responsive. They addressed all our concerns in a timely manner. Highly recommended Highland Homes, if you want quality craftsmanship.

I want to be clear and leave no room for ambiguity. Henry and his team did an amazing job on our home! It was delivered 100% complete, on time, and with the utmost quality. Moving into our new Highland home capped the end of a complicated cross country move for my family. Having our beautiful home delivered on our 27th wedding anniversary capped the end of this journey and the start of a new chapter in our lives. We couldn't be happier!!!

I liked everything about the home and the people involved in the process. Definitely worth the money spent. Highly recommend it!
