I think (Customer Satisfaction) is the dynamism that drives any company, and the most significant characteristic of a company’s failure or success. Highland Homes has this aspect on customer satisfaction “down pat”. From the beginning, working with Ethan (Sales Counselor), he made the difference in our two-year journey of searching for the right home, builder and location. When Ethan met my wife to show Highland Homes in the rain, not worrying about getting wet to show her the lots and homes available, while other sales counselors from other companies…. opted to postpone or meet at a coffee shop to deliver what they had available. My wife and I knew that Highland Homes was positively different. I am currently working overseas and Ethan was instrumental throughout the entire process, he send everything I needed to capture details on lots, area and home we had picked until we closed. Ethan worked inexorably answering emails, conference calls and photos that follow like clockwork on every update and aspect of construction of our new home. He never said “No…. I Am Booked Till This Date” nor “Can We Make It For Next Month”. Often worked after hours to meet our intent. On the finance side, Matthew’s team worked professionally and exceptionally well when we decided to use their company to finance our home. A no pressure smooth and efficient process they competently provided. The same on emails, conference calls, updates and thorough explanation of detail, and step by step on paper work to deliver a better agreement before closing day. On the construction side, Nick “The Builder” played a big role to explain and advise on details throughout the entire construction process. Professional and patient on our demands, promised to delivered our home without delays. After closing, Nick’s team worked hard to listen and fixed mostly small cosmetic issues we had during the closing process Always around to ask if everything was OK, Nick continues to deliver under the new warranty list as promised. We had a great experience with buying a Highland Home. Dylan and Renee are great to deal with. They were responsive and friendly. Dylan responds in a timely manner to any tickets we opened and if he wasn't available, they assigned another person quickly. We have been super pleased.

We recently purchased our home through Highland Homes, and the entire experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we met Danielle, we knew we were in good hands. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand our needs. Never once did we feel pressured to make a decision—we always felt supported. He provided detailed weekly updates during the build and was always quick to answer any questions we had. My wife and I began looking at homes about a year ago and met Amy (Sales consultant) for the first time there; after that meeting, Amy worked tirelessly to find us our forever home. It has everything we had ever wanted in a home and more! The building supervisor D’Marco was amazing and extremely responsive to any questions we had or any help needed. The overall process from touring to the finalized purchase was extremely smooth and would recommend highland homes to anyone who is on the fence for a builder.

Kira and Mike were great throughout the home buying process. They made it seamless for us and made sure all our requests were fulfilled on time. Mike is very responsive and made sure we understood everything about the home and was always available to help us with our questions and requests. Highly recommend him! Apart from that, the only feedback we have is the quality of wood used for doors. It chips easily so maybe it would be better to have more sturdy wood.

We purchased in December of 2024 and the whole experience has been great. Highland builds a great home and the response to any issues have been great. Would definitely recommend to purchase a Highland home over any other builders in 6 Creeks Subdivision.

I love my Highland Home. I have had some new home issues (common with new construction) but Highland has been responsive, and the issues are being resolved timely. Henry has been a large help in coordinating all of the necessary repairs for our family. Highland's professionals (Avery, Brandon, Henry) all have been very helpful throughout this entire homebuying process. Brandon & Henry both consistently respond after hours when I had new home construction issues. Between them both I feel confident that all of my new home issues will be resolved timely and to my standards.

As compared to other builders I have dealt, the Highland team was top notch. Very attentive to me as a homebuyer but also making sure that they communicated effectively along every step of the way. The quality of the finished product far exceeds what wwe expected and friends and familly that have beenover have been wowed to the point of considering Highland for their own future homes. I HIGHLY recommend Highland Homes.

Great value for the money. The construction quality could use some improvement though. Sales manager was good and responsive until we got into contract but never heard back after that. Would have appreciated a more engaging team.

a lot of care goes into the craftsmanship of the Highland home we purchased. when there were problems, they were addressed. no questions asked. they explained everything we needed to know.

This is to be our final home to retire in and it was important that it was built the way we wanted it and with quality. So glad we chose Highland! Everyone on their team has been fantastic from beginning to end. Avery Turek was an awesome salesperson. She saw our vision of what we wanted and worked hard to get us what we needed. Once building, Whitaker took over and took us through to the end. Sure there were bumps in the road along the way but Highland always stepped in and made things right. The experience of purchasing home from Highland home are great and smooth. The builder response quick to our questions and need. Though we found some issues before/after the moving-in, they all get quickly resolved by the builder.

I have built multiple homes with multiple builders. From the very beginning of this process, I have nothing but good things to say about Highland Homes! I had the best experience planning the right floor plan for the lot I chose with my sales contact, Andrew and my builder Kel has taken care of me every step of the way. Everyone on the team was outstanding!

Every highland representative was very friendly, trustworthy and easy to deal with. The materials used around the house are top notch, with only a couple issues primarily related to painters not being careful! As with any new house, a few issues came up after living in it for a few weeks, Highland's builder was extremely responsive and always willing to help out, I do feel Highland has my back if anything major were to happen.

Very good communication and timely help with builder with all of any issues. Just was excited as we were during the process.
