From our first sales meeting , through the remote building process to closing and after moving in, the service and thoughtfulness from the entire Highland team was amazing. I would like to highlight our build manager Yale as the person who truly made this project a seamless experience. Yale went above and beyond to ensure a high quality of workmanship to meet my expectations and get specific design items accomplished that I had trouble with at the 3rd party design center Highland uses. 5 Star review in summary. This was our second Highland Home build in 5 years. We went from a 2 story to a 1 story closer to our grandkids and we love it! Our Building Supervisor Jared was once again wonderful in making our home exactly what we wanted to be. He and our sales associate Alyesha were 2 of the biggest reasons we built again. Love our home and we are just to grateful for their help and attention to detail!

It was a pleasure working with Nelli & Orion at Highland Homes. Nelli helped us plan and choose the right options. She also quickly worked through business issues as they surfaced. Orion built us a beautiful home. With the added challenge of being out of state buyers, he did an excellent job keeping us informed on the progress of our home. He has been very responsive to minor items that surfaced during the walk through and orientation. We are very pleased with our new home

Solid and knowledgeable staff in build process.

We are impressed and pleased with the quality of the workmanship and materials. We have had a few minor adjustments and replacements, but the responsiveness to any issues we have had has been quick and positive. Kudos to our Customer Care Representative, Steve, who is always a joy to work with and who always follows through promptly with replacements, adjustments, service, etc.

Working with Highland Homes has been such an easy process. Although we were living out of state, our construction manager sent us regular updates with pictures and made time for us to walk through the home and answer questions and concerns whenever we were in town. From the sales people to the design center, to the builders; everyone made us feel like a priority and helped create our dream home! Now, as we live in the home, we love it more and more every day. The quality and craftmanship is top notch - helping us appreciate our beautiful home even more!

Buying from Highland Homes was a very good experience . The sales person was very friendly and not trying to rush me into buying. The person that was overseeing my home to be build was friendly and very understanding and stayed in contact always.

Being a first time home buyer, I had lot of queries and was struggling to find the right fit house for my requirement and within budget. Lucky to have met with Jessica , highland sales person and she guided me to chose right home with right kind of upgrades. She was engaged through out the process and never took more than 30 mins to respond to my queries, super quick and always have intention to help me. My husband and I had previously contracted for another builders home, but as we started b=seeing it built, we realized that the quality wasn't there. We were lucky to have found our current home right across the street from the one we were building. After one look, we cancelled our first contract and bought the Highland Home, and we are happy every day that we made this decision. The quality it great and the home is beautiful.

Jennifer was helpful and responsive whenever we had a problem Our builder Ben was conscientious and very organized. He did everything possible to ensure that our house was ready on time. All of our issues were resolved and he was a pleasure to work with.

This is our second newly built home in Texas and our first with Highland Homes. I found the service and responsiveness to issues to be outstanding. I would recommend a Highland Home to anyone and everyone.
