Highland Homes has been great. We have had minimal issues and they were addressed almost immediately.

This is the third new home that my wife and I have purchased, and this was the best experience yet. Highlands is a great value, and their staff were fantastic to work with. The home is built with quality as a priority as opposed to some of the other builders in the area. They were very responsive both during the building process and even after closing with warranty issues. We have had very few warranty issues and the minor issues we had were addressed immediately. I would absolutely recommend Highlands to friends and family.

Our experience with Highland Homes in the Wildflower Community has been outstanding. The neighborhood is beautifully, peaceful, and very family-friendly. The amenities and walking trails make it a great place to live, especially for military and veteran families looking for a strong sense of community. The buying process was great. Sales people worked well with us and our realtor giving us much incentives and access to the home to check and review it. At move in our project / builder manager was always available ensuring details were addressed and fixed. All working as expected. Nice to have the support as you move in and get familiar with your new home.

Highland Homes built our beautiful home in Celina, TX, and we couldn’t be more grateful for how it all came together. Like any new build, there were moments where we had concerns, but Highland really showed up for us. Their supervisor got personally involved, stayed in close touch, and made sure every issue was handled the right way. They listened, followed through, and sent the right people as many times as it took to make things right. During my search for a home I looked at several builders but when I walked into the Dove Hollow model I knew I had found my builder. The offered a home that met the things I was looking for in my home. I knew immediately my search was over. The sales team was excellent, answered my many questions, even after I was under contract. They have been very responsive to all requests for minor fixes since moving.

Highland Homes is a quality home, especially for the price and the team support throughout the build process. They were quick to respond to our requests and followed through on their commitments. This was our second Highland Home purchase. Julie is always awesome.

As an Architect and Contractor, I know and understand the design and construction process. In looking for a builder I reviewed current Highland homes under construction and was impressed with the design, quality and attention to detail. Our Sales Counselor was amazing. She explained the process and helped with our initial budget, our final contact was under that budget! She was always available and provided great insight on options. The design process was excellent, the design center provided a lot of really good materials to choose from. We knew the cost impact of design decisions throughout the process. Our construction manager was involved in the design phase and kept us up to date on the progress of construction and explained next steps clearly. There are always issues with construction, he was all over anything that needed attention.
