We Love our Highland Home ! They cared about every hurdle that came up during the building process. Zach was so kind and caring and helpful during the process from the very beginning. Trystan was also caring and kind and was right on top of anything we asked or needed during the building process and after completion. These guys are great assets to the company. I would recommend this builder to anyone.

The buying process have been smooth except that there’s a lot of pending issues of the house that hasn't been fixed until now and it's been 2 most since the closing date. They knew about this issues before the closing date and we have been patiently waiting for them to fixed it. The builder even told us during the buyer's orientation that they will have a 1-month follow up after the closing date to check if how is the house, but no one came, I guess there is no such thing as that. I hoping they'll be more responsive and act timely not just in words but in action.

I would highly recommend working with highland homes. They have an outstanding relationship in Texas and produce a quality product.

The company will make sure it is correct and the warranty service is top notch. They always take care of their customers.

The Sales team was/is awesome! Friendly, cooperative, informative, always my advocate. My construction manager was AWESOME too! He kept me informed every step of the way and addressed any questions I had very promptly. He is very courteous and proactive. I am very happy with the entire experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Highland to anyone looking for a great experience and a great value in a new home.

Everything was going great until the day after funds were transferred on closing. There are still items from our second walk-through that are pending. There is absolutely no communication on getting these items fixed. I have called multiple people at corporate and have always been redirected and left voicemails because i was reassured that I would get a return call but that hasn't happened yet. It has been over two months since closing and items from our walkthrough are still pending. The process with our construction manager was seamless. However after closing, It's hard to reach anyone and communication is minimal to none. I would suggest that anyone buying a house to make sure everything is fixed before transferring funds. I can't imagine how horrible it will be submitting warranty request when items from before closing haven't been done. It is night and day difference how highland homes treats you when they already have your money vs when they don't. The most amazing community in this area

Our sales folks and builder never seemed to be on the same page from the get go. Despite several attempts to bridge the gap between us and the builder, we had to bring in the senior manager to help rectify the situation. Once that was done, the customer service and communication improved to an acceptable level. The home was delivered later than promised, but the quality is definitely there.

Not the best experience when building a new house - our builder did not respond promptly to our issues/concerns, and he became defensive when we pointed out issues and/or concerns. We are moved in and continue to deal with issues that should have been resolved prior to closing.

From the beginning of the construction Jordan help me to understand all the process of the construction also is something don't look right they fix right away no question ask,after we closing the house they always respond my call and fix any additional details I find on my house ,super professional,me and my family are super happy to make the decision to choose highlands homes.
