Great service from start to finish.....is our second Highland Home and have had positive experiences with both to date.

Both our Sales Rep (Tracy) and Construction Manager (Mike) were professional and communicated clearly - in other words, our expectations were managed well. We closed as expected and could not be happier with our new home!

My experience from beginning to end was excellent. I felt everything I was told was honest and trustworthy. I was kept in the loop every step of the way. Everything agreed upon was done. I couldn’t be happier.

Our builder and sales rep worked as a team to ensure we were kept informed throughout the build process of progress, risks and schedule impacts. Overall a great experience and we are very pleased with our new house.

Anna in Sales and Ian in Construction were both awesome to deal with! Always on top of everything and made sure the entire process was quick and easy. We are super happy with our new Highland Homes house at Mustang Lakes!

The builder did their best to stick to the schedule even with the bad weather in Texas (snowstorm). When we moved in we had an opportunity to point at any small details that needed to be addressed. The builder came back in and made sure they addressed the details and the house was 100 percent move in ready.

Having built a house in the past, and experiencing a builder who was slipshod and unpleasant to deal with, we were thrilled with our process with Highland Homes. Highland has been on top of things from day one. The builder kept us inform while the home was being built and any issues that arose we were promptly notified. Any questions we had were answered and verified. We tried other home builders before making a decision who to choose but Highland stood out among all others. I highly recommend this builder. We are now in our home and we love it. It is everything we asked for and more. Don’t try the rest and get the best and that is definitely Highland Homes.
