From start to finish and beyond this process has been seamless and I can not say enough about the level of Customer Service I have received from the builder. Everything has been resolved almost immediately and to complete satisfaction. I will continue to build and own Highland Homes due to the quality of care that is delivered, the structural build of the homes and the extended warranty and care that is displayed to the owner.

Our home building experience with Highland was perfect. They were very helpful and accommodating for any changes we wanted to make and also provided helpful suggestions along the way. They fixed anything and everything we pointed out along the way and they also hit the estimated completion date without having to move it around even once. I could not begin to tell you how elated we are to have found the Highlands in Waxahachie. Kyle at the Model home was every bit of professional from day one. Watching the details of the home being built was remarkable with the craftsmanship that Highland uses. I highly recommend it, I am a mortgage broker and I see many builders come across my desk. But this one still above the rest, and that’s the reason I went with them.

Ginger was awesome walking us through the purchase of our home. Whenever we had questions, she always had the answer. Garrett did a great job building our home. His attention to detail and communication were excellent. Both Ginger and Garrett are valuable assets for Highland Homes.
