My experience with Highland homes, it’s all about customer satisfaction. Every time I made a call or send a text at any day, The employees of Highland Homes at Water Scapes Community or even the contractor response is immediately. Highland Homes listens to the buyers questions and concerns. I am a true believer that if I have to purchase another home or built one, it will be a Highland Home.

Had the best experience. Got an awesome home at a great price! Ashley, our sales person and Jason, our builder went out of their way to help us. They are willing to customize your home the way you want it and make changes on the fly. We would definitely buy a Highland Home again and for sure would love to work with them again.

They are really good and stand out for their name.

From the start Kathi Miller was a joy to work with to help us find the right floor plan and location. From there Donna Flarity was so helpful with designing every aspect of our home. George Flores was incredible as he took us through every aspect of the building process and was always there to answer our questions whenever we needed him.

Highland was very patient with us as we awaited our house to sell before moving in. But, after it was all said and done, the process was quick and top shelf service.

I built with Grand Homes back in 2004 and had several issues and although it looked good from the surface it was low quality material. When my Realitor told me about Highland homes I wasn’t sure. ButLet me say they will always be my Builder of Choice. I am Completely Satisfied with my home it’s Beautiful they have Beautiful Large Islands and they customized my home to my needs. Can’t say enough great things about them. From beginning to end they are involved.

Highland (and Quentin in particular) were great to work with and very responsive to ensuring we had the home of our dreams!

Excellent experience at all stages. Highland was able to accommodate our design changes and requests for customization at fair prices and flexiblity with our special requests. Finish has been top notch and the few minor issues that we found have all been addressed and resolved quickly and freindly. From start to finish and beyond this process has been seamless and I can not say enough about the level of Customer Service I have received from the builder. Everything has been resolved almost immediately and to complete satisfaction. I will continue to build and own Highland Homes due to the quality of care that is delivered, the structural build of the homes and the extended warranty and care that is displayed to the owner.

This is our first Highland Homes and can’t imagine going anywhere else in the future. The design and quality meets the highest standards, and their customer interactions and responsiveness is excellent.

Our home building experience with Highland was perfect. They were very helpful and accommodating for any changes we wanted to make and also provided helpful suggestions along the way. The build itself could not have been more smooth. They fixed anything and everything we pointed out along the way and they also hit the estimated completion date without having to move it around even once.
