Experience was great from start to finish

John and Debbie made our first home buying experience a breeze! Our house is beautiful down to the details.

We purchased an inventory home from Highland Homes previously and loved it so much that we decided to build with them again in the new phase. The entire build experience was smooth and so enjoyable. Our Construction Manager, Garrett, was amazing! He helped us every step of the way and when things came up he was quick to find the perfect solution. The sales team was incredible and always went above and beyond. We could not be happier with our home and could not recommend Highland enough!

Ashley our sales manager and Jason our construction supervisor made the process extremely comfortable. They were easily accessible as well as attentive to any questions or concerns. They made the entire process smooth and less stressful. I highly recommend working with this Highland team.

Our first Highland home was in an amazing, family oriented neighborhood (20 years later people still want a home in the Trails) and Sandbrock Ranch, even in its beginning stage has quickly become a very warm, family & friend oriented subdivision! Highland doesn't just build houses, they create amazing communities that are full of heart and beauty. Wife and I looked at nearly all the home builders in Melissa and McKinney area. Highland homes are a bit pricier than other home builder but you know the phrase: “you get what you pay for”. A few of my friends who just had their home built, were amazed how our house layout and the quality of materials.

This is my second Highland Home to build. Very pleased throughout the entire process. I definitely recommend building with this great company.

I have worked with several builders over the years, and none of them come close to Highland Homes. Their staff from showing to contract to design center to building to closing to after-sale checkup are second to none! For the first time in my life, building a new home was a pleasurable experience. I could not recommend their build quality, staff professionalism, and "make it right" attitude any more than this.

I was disappointed that I was not told about the initial delay in the starting process of building my home. I was very impressed with James. He was thorough in explaining the time line of the building Process. He responded In a timely manner to questions & concerns I had. A request for certain paper work required for my loan was requested & sent several times.

Quality home construction and very responsive to any issues that may arise after closing...

The entire process went great from start to finish. We bought a spec home and used Highland financing for our purchase. All the Highland employees from the sales associate to the loan officer were always ready to answer our questions and made the process stress free and pleasant. The construction manager did an excellent job addressing what issues were found during the inspection and everything was competed well before closing. We went with Highland Homes because of their excellent reputation and they definitely delivered with our purchase.
