From start to finish, working with the Highland Homes team was a really great experience. I was not looking forward to the process of building a new home based on homebuilding experiences I'd heard from others. Highland Homes made the process not only easy with lots of guidance but even rather enjoyable. The sales staff and the construction manager were so very helpful and very patient throughout the entire process. My new home sale went without a hitch and the Highland Home Loan officer was very accommodating and found ways to make the financing possible. I would recommend the Highland home building and buying experience without any reservations.

I've bought many homes over the years and have never had a more "personal" and "engaging" experience. Highland Homes should be applauded for their professionalism. Their willingness to listen to my needs allowed them to deliver to me, a beautiful home that met my vision 100%.

The home building process is not a perfect process. Home buyers have to have patience over 7-8 months but it will all come together and look like the model when it is done.

Positive experience from beginning to end.

From the 11-foot ceilings throughout, to the large kitchen island and expansive windows, we fell in love with Highland Homes at Sandbrock Ranch. Everyone involved with the process was knowledgable, honest and helpful. A special shout-out to Will, our sales counselor - he is amazing!

Great house and love the community

We began the building process last July. Our builder met with us and communicated with us throughout the building process. Our home is beautiful and we are happy to be all moved in!

Highland has been quick to respond to all my communication and address any questions I have had. I am impressed with their commitment to the customer even after the buying process has concluded. I feel like they truly value their customers.

We are so proud of our new home! The workmanship and attention to detail sets Highland apart from the other builders in our area. All of the builders in our neighborhood are held to a very high standard and deliver beautiful homes, but Highland's energy efficiency, construction quality and top-notch finishes make them the one to choose in for Harvest.

Both teams were great at communicating with us throughout the entire build process, and they made it evident that our needs and concerns were of the highest priority. This made for a fantastic experience, as a whole. We couldn't be happier with our home and the community we chose to build in. Highland went above expectations in meeting our needs in buying a new home. We requested knob and handle changes and crown molding additions. Walk through PRIOR to close was most extensive we have had in buying a new home. Great price, product, and features. Sales team was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.
