The team at Highland Homes are great to work with. No pressure and they always go the extra mile to walk you through everything. In our case they helped us move in a few weeks sooner than they anticipated.

Highland builds a great house. There were a few instances where there were inadvertent mistakes made with the incorrect material shipped that got installed. Once Highland found out, they quickly replaced the product to our satisfaction, no questions asked. We get an update each week providing information on what was completed that week and what's on the work schedule for the next week. It's been a great experience and I would highly recommend Highland to anyone looking to build a new home.

I love the quality of my home. Buying process was easy, professional and cordial. I was carried along through out the building and buying process. I love the after sales service which I need as a first time Home buyer. Will do investment property with High Homes.

It was an amazing experience building with Highland. Our sales agent and builder were both very helpful, cared for our needs, and went above and beyond to give us our dream home.

Home was in good shape. Just obvious things that should have been taken care of before like painting, staining, floor creaking. This would avoid a lot of back and forth with different workers fixing issues. Other than that the issues did get fixed, it just takes time and we are happy with our new home. Our experience with Highland was outstanding. Alicia S. And Debbie G. were wonderful to work with. Shawn D., who is now my neighbor, was a great builder. He was very patient with me as I stopped by the build nearly everyday. He was always willing to answer any and every question. Reggie did a great job of walking us through the financing process and getting us to the finish line. Highland was great!!

From my first interaction with Nelli and her team, the buying experience was better than I had ever experienced before. Nelli was patient and very knowledgeable. The help I received from Lindsay during the lending process was very professional and basically stress-free, which is unusual. Brandon and Ashley made the building of my home extremely pleasant because they were so patient, knowledgeable, an Very Responsive to any issue or question that I brought to them - and I had many questions and requests. The quality of the basic level of materials used was above what I had expected, and of course any upgrades were exceptional as well. The quality of workmanship was great in most instances, but did have to be revised in some areas, which I guess is to be expected, so overall - it was very good. From the beginning, working with Highland Homes was so seamless. Our consultant Haleigh was so responsive and helpful in walking us through the various floor plans and add on options to build a home that was perfect for us. Once we landed on the Middleton plan, we were connected with our project manager Robbie. Robbie is fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. He sent us weekly email updates and was very responsive to questions/concerns. Our only area of concern was after we closed on the house. We had a few areas to touch up during our final walk and the crew sent in lacked attention to detail and some aspects felt rushed. The concrete in our front entrance was a different color, plaster on the gutters, paint on floors, etc. Overall, this did not tarnish our experience because the home is beautiful and Robbie has been so responsive to our concerns and made proper repairs and touch ups. Overall experience has been pretty good. Any issue has been addressed quickly. Some issues can not be remedied. Hanging a flush mount mirror on a curved wall (where it is supposed to be straight) presented challenges. Some walls/trim were installed without a chalk line or an L square and because floor tiles are true, it is apparent. It does not affect function of wall, just appearance.

The quality of the house is awesome. I am very pleased and had no problems. Everyone was very professional.

John Hayes, our highland homes construction manager exceeded and continues to exceed our expectations on what a construction manager does. He provided inisight, suggestions and provided us with peace of mind that our home was being built with the upmost care. We build a strong relationship throughout the process and i know we will keep this relationship moving forward.Cannot stress enough hoe impactful John was and continues to be. I know that there are awards given to exceptional representatives and want to make sure that John is nominated for builder/construction manager of the year.

Well built home that responds perfectly to our needs

I had awesome experiences with sales (Val) and walk through with the builder (Mike). Mike and Val have been responsive to all my questions and completed any actions that were needed. Val has made me feel welcome in the community with her kindness, reminders, and holiday greetings. More than happy with my new home.

it was our first new home buying experience , from the day we saw the house and met Tim and his team, we are in love with Highland homes..they did great job both in communications and quality of work. we started to value more as we learn more on other builder issues and look back with ours..we appreciated much. thank you HighLand - Homes team (Tim team) and HighLand - Home Loan team (Hank Team) you all are awesome
