Our experience with Highland was outstanding. Alicia S. And Debbie G. were wonderful to work with. Shawn D., who is now my neighbor, was a great builder. He was very patient with me as I stopped by the build nearly everyday. He was always willing to answer any and every question. Reggie did a great job of walking us through the financing process and getting us to the finish line. Highland was great!!

Very nice set of people that work with highland home, even when my approval was delayed, they were very patient with me. The finishing of the house is topnotch, everyone that comes to my house always ask me, who is your building? They did a great job. I will always recommend Highland home.

From my first interaction with Nelli and her team, the buying experience was better than I had ever experienced before. Nelli was patient and very knowledgeable. The help I received from Lindsay during the lending process was very professional and basically stress-free, which is unusual. Brandon and Ashley made the building of my home extremely pleasant because they were so patient, knowledgeable, an Very Responsive to any issue or question that I brought to them - and I had many questions and requests. The quality of the basic level of materials used was above what I had expected, and of course any upgrades were exceptional as well. The quality of workmanship was great in most instances, but did have to be revised in some areas, which I guess is to be expected, so overall - it was very good. This is our second time building with Highland, and we would do it again. Our project manager, John, was wonderful to work with!

The over process was seamless and all personnel involved were professional, available, very responsive and helped this process to go smoothly before, during and after. I would highly recommend Highland Homes. They actually care about the buyer's concerns and needs and have beautiful and quality homes and very nice and well kept communities.

From the beginning, working with Highland Homes was so seamless. Our consultant Haleigh was so responsive and helpful in walking us through the various floor plans and add on options to build a home that was perfect for us. Once we landed on the Middleton plan, we were connected with our project manager Robbie. Robbie is fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. He sent us weekly email updates and was very responsive to questions/concerns. Our only area of concern was after we closed on the house. We had a few areas to touch up during our final walk and the crew sent in lacked attention to detail and some aspects felt rushed. The concrete in our front entrance was a different color, plaster on the gutters, paint on floors, etc. Overall, this did not tarnish our experience because the home is beautiful and Robbie has been so responsive to our concerns and made proper repairs and touch ups. Overall experience has been pretty good. Any issue has been addressed quickly. Some issues can not be remedied. Hanging a flush mount mirror on a curved wall (where it is supposed to be straight) presented challenges. Some walls/trim were installed without a chalk line or an L square and because floor tiles are true, it is apparent. It does not affect function of wall, just appearance.

The build process was great, seamless process. The only issue I had is I didn’t get the exact paint trim on the exterior of my home.

Me and my family had to relocate to Texas, and we had a ton of anxiety as well as concerns about how quickly we can move into a new home. However, we worked with a local realtor and they identified a location in Rockwall where a house was due to be completed in December. We reached out to the agent, and she was very accommodating and connected with the project manager that was working the house. After a couple of months, they were very responsive to all of our requests and assisted us where needed. John Hayes, our highland homes construction manager exceeded and continues to exceed our expectations on what a construction manager does. He provided inisight, suggestions and provided us with peace of mind that our home was being built with the upmost care. We build a strong relationship throughout the process and i know we will keep this relationship moving forward.Cannot stress enough hoe impactful John was and continues to be.
