Highland built our home to accommodate our unique needs of our family members. Bathrooms and doors handicap accessible for wheelchairs. It is so much easier to get around the house in my powerchair because of the wide hallways and doors. I love the walk-in showers. The construction management team and contractors did a great job building the home. I was extremely impressed with the stone workmanship. The Chesterfield is a very spacious floor plan if you need the room, but not the stairs. The sales team, Chad and Sue assisted us all the way from beginning until closing.

We could not be more pleased that we selected Highland Homes for our new residence in the Dallas area. From our first step into the model home/sales office it was nothing but friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism (Margaret Anne + Ashley). Buying from out of state, it was a bit difficult in making selections but the designer (Ashley) and everyone else was always very accommodating. All along the construction process, we were kept up to date and most surprising when they proposed a closing date....that was the date we closed! It has been a pleasure to work with Daniel on everything once we moved into our home. He guided us from final inspection through the warranty process and communicates almost immediately when we have a question/concern about our new home....and then gets it done! ... More

The building process was smooth and timely. My sales consultant Lisa and contractor Matt were fantastic! Highly recommend. My only complaint is the quality of cabinets and no choices for upgrades on some things I would have preferred. That’s the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 for quality of materials, workmanship was 5 stars. But that said, I am very pleased with my new home.

The customer service is excellent. Our whole experience with Highland Homes has been pretty smooth. Of courses we expected some little bumps in the road but whenever we reached out to our contact list they were spot on and always communicated clearly and were on time with our requests

We initially looked at Highland, shopped around but came back to them. The quality of the house is amazing and have not had one issue in the 3 months we moved. They walked us through the entire process and answered every question.

The first home we purchased here in DFW was a Highland Home. Since then, we have built with Drees, Onyx, Beazer and Megatel. Highland was the best with customer service. For this community, we chose Highland based on our past experiences. They did not disappoint! The customer service during the construction and after moving in has been outstanding! Josh K., Spencer and Josh T. Made sure all concerns were taken care of to our satisfaction! They went above and beyond! I will not hesitate recommending Highland to our friends and relatives!

The response to issues has been exceptional. Our builder representative (Chase) has made sure every concern was addressed to our satisfaction.

Overall, my home-buying experience was fantastic! My sales agent, Kathi, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive to my inquiries. My realtor shared my price range with Kathi, and we were able to negotiate a beautiful home that perfectly meets my needs. My construction experience was generally satisfactory. Fortunately, the house was in the late stages of construction, so I didn’t have to endure the lengthy wait for completion or the hassle of building from scratch. The craftsmanship at Highland Homes is truly remarkable, surpassing the quality of my previous builder. While there are a few minor nitpicks, I am generally pleased with my purchase. I am still experiencing issues with my HVAC system, awaiting reimbursement for water due to a leak discovered after closing, and the stair still makes a cracking noise. Very nice set of people that work with highland home, even when my approval was delayed, they were very patient with me. The finishing of the house is topnotch, everyone that comes to my house always ask me, who is your building? They did a great job. I will always recommend Highland home.
