Very helpful from beginning to end!

Home buyers need to follow up closely during the process or get a third party inspector because a lot of mistakes happen.

The builder was excellent and worked with me on several things, always included me in on any issues. He walked me through the house to show me how highlands seal up things. Great Job

The sales staff was always quick to answer any questions. The builders response even after closing has been exceptional.

Signing the P&S is the easy part, but our sales associate and construction manager worked with us every step of the way to design and build our home so that it was customized for us. From start to finish, it was the small details that made a big difference!

It seems like corners were cut when building my home. Nearly every had paint issues or flaws, my back door looks like it was used before. Some of the trim isn't completely against the wall or is cracking. The wood above my garage is already showing wear, my fence looks like it was done with the cheapest wood possible, and my garage floor already has pits and damage. I like the floor plan of my house, but the quality is definitely not there

The representatives we worked with were very professional and honest. Our home buying process went smoothly considering all the challenges placed on the Home Builder, Contractors, and Suppliers. Anna, Hunter, and the Title Team were friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend family and friends to Highland Homes for sure!!

I love my home. I love the style, finishes, design and comfort level. The kitchen and bathrooms are outstandingly finished. I moved here from the East Coast where I have owned about 5 houses over the years. This one is by far my favorite. It’s hard for me to believe how much more house you get here especially with this builder. I’ve been in my home for about 2 1/2 months now and couldn’t be happier but there is just one little complaint that I have and it’s the slow response to issues. After 2 1/2 months there are still a couple of issues to be fixed. I think this problem is true with most builders. But seriously don’t let that discourage you. We have found some workmanship issues since moving in. Responsiveness between initial walk through and final walk through was not great. Several issues still not addressed. We will see how warranty plays out.

Highland homes and there employees are wonderful , everything went extremely well, the house is beautiful and very well built. I would definitely use highland homes again . I love my house .

From contract negotiations with our Broker and the Sales Team to the day to day construction of the home, everything was better than expected. Having been a custom home builder in Los Angeles and Denver for over 35 years, I was amazed to see quality items put into our home as a standard where other builders have an upcharge. The attention to detail and customer follow thru by the construction staff made life a whole lot easier. Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend Highland Homes to other buyers.

Experience was great from sales to builder meetings. Highland puts out a quality product, I would recommend them to anyone and would purchase another Highland home in the future.

Meets code, but certainly doesn't exceed. Low quality fixtures and paint. Very nice friendly folks

Overall, we love our house!

Since moving in, I have had issues with electrical components such as the dryer outlet and breakers. I have submitted multiple requests to apply my warranty on these issues, but I have not received assistance. This has not been an enjoyable experience.
