From beginning to completion it has been an outstanding relationship with Highland Homes. Our Project Manager kept us fully informed plus sent emails periodically on the building status and outlining next major milestones. Everyone we delt with from Highland was absolutely outstanding!! They take pride in their work and quality is their highest priority. We love our new home!!

Everyone at Highland has been great to work with. Very responsive to any issues and gets them resolved quickly. My only gripe is with whoever they contract out to do the landscaping. They never bother to level the ground before laying sod down and don't even lay down a good bed of soil before the sod. Leaves you with a lot of uneven areas and a lot work to do when you move in if you care about having a beautiful lawn (which I do)

I had a great experience purchasing a home from Highland Homes. I think it’s great value for the bucks paid compared to other high-end builders. My building manager Trey is one of the best. This was my first home-buying experience and he really made the transition seamless during the walkthrough and handover process. The team is also very responsive in addressing any challenges or issues identified.

Highland Homes does a remarkable job both in craftsmanship and in customer service. We absolutely love our home and appreciate the attention to big thinks (like the floorplan) and small things (like the outlets having a usb port). I will always sing their praises and recommend them to everyone!

To make the home your way, the items are limited to the design center. Didn’t understand if I was willing to pay for upgrades, why I was not allowed. Was not asked which landscape item I wanted

The entire process of the home purchase went very well. There's is a minor mishap in the initial process stage, wherein the sales agreement of the first house that we looked at was cancelled due to miscommunication between us and the sales team. It was a blessing in disguise though, as the second house that has been showed to us was way better than the first one. My family really liked the house, so we immediately process the purchase with the Sales team. I really appreciate all the prompt responses from Chad and Pam with my inquiries. Julio from the construction team was really good. He really took time to explain everything about the house during the orientation. The punch list that my third-party inspector has been rectified in a timely manner. I never encountered any issues with him regarding the inquiries and service request I have sent to him almost 2 months after closing. The sales office at Saddle Star was amazing. They helped us during our build and made sure everything was taken care of. All issues were followed up on until they were completed to our satisfaction.

This was the first time I've ever bought a home. From the beginning it just felt right. Things went so smoothly for me that I thought it was too good to be true. Doug and Bryn were the best builder and salesperson. They were helpful and accommodating to our family and needs throughout the project. We would recommend Highland to others. With every new home build project there will be issues but their ability to address immediately made all the difference in the experience.

waiting for follow-up visit to answer some concerns. lawn sod is not bouncing back as promised - some gaps between sod pieces. glue on floor boards not adequately cleaned up.

Overall, it’s been a good experience with Highland Homes, they have been very attentive when issue s arise , and as long as you follow up they make sure the work gets done, the home they delivered is well polished and thoughtfully furnished , I am happy to be part of highland community

Reliable, trustworthy and responsive !! On down side - all my glass windows cracks, Stair case is terrible, landscaping and Insulation are not worth for the money spent.

Highland homes are extremely beautiful. And their reputation is stellar. Our project manager Julio couldn’t have been more helpful and professional, hands-down, so knowledgeable and helpful during the process. Our home is built, impeccably worry free. The only reason for the four stars on the overall buying experience (because everything else is 5 stars). This is not our first time buying a home, nor our second or third time. I was a bit baffled and disappointed that no one from the sales team or Highland homes itself sent a thank you note with a gift to the buyers (us). I have never purchased a home and all my days and all my years where we were not thanked afterwards with some kind of thank note and a gift basket a bottle of wine cookies, something. I wanted to take a minute and share with you what I wonderful journey our Highland experience has been. Mary guided us through the purchase process with such love and support. She cheerfully worked with us as we decided on configurations, add ons and other pre construction changes. She advocated for us like we were her family. She never lost her patience and was always willing to meet with us, take a call or answer emails right up until the day we closed. As wonderful as Mary was, Trevor, our builder was even more impressive. I have never been through a construction project as smooth as this one was. We loved the weekly updates from Trevor so we always knew what was done, was waiting and what was coming up. The pre construction meetings prevented so many issues that would have normally created anxiety for us and extra work and expense for you.
