We had a wonderful experience with Highland Homes. Our sales counselor and construction manager were awesome to work with throughout the entire process. If there was ever an issue during the build process they were quick to fix it and we love our home! We would absolutely build again with Highland in the future!

First, Darren made the Highland Home purchase very personal and easy for us first-time homebuyers to understand. He spent lots of time helping us understand selection process for both inside and outside of the house. Second, Dexter came on board as the project manager and was also very personal. He did a great job keeping us informed throughout the building process. He always had time to answer our questions. Lastly, Beau did a great job taking us through the Highland Loan process and closing.

On first inspection of our new home there were very few minor details that need correcting. Which is unusual for a new home build. Highland builds a tight home. Robie, our builder was very quick to respond on any issue and corrected them in an extremely timely fashion. We will recommend Robie and Highland Homes as great company to work with.

Started with Valerie. Best agent we met., Assisted us closely in all process steps. Being new to Texas we felt home with the welcome given by her. During the build, best lead contractor HH could ask for. Michael was very informative and responsive.. assisted us from design phase to final closure. We are at our easiest home ownership experience . Small thing we highlighted back for fixes and it was responded at the quickest time possible .. Michael was very hands-on and we felt very safe on this engagement and new house build. He delivered. HH itself delivered through your very good people.

Right from when we started talking to our sales agent Todd to getting the keys in our hand, we had a very pleasant home buying experience. Everyone was very transperant and very receptive to all the questions we had. Our builder Garrett was amazing to work with. Empathetic, polite and always receptive to ideas, suggestions and changes. In such a competitive market, it really was a stress free experience building our house with Highland. Highly recommend them.

We are so thrilled to have a Highland Home. We had been under contract with 2 other builders that didn’t work out, but when we came to Highland, EVERYONE bent over backwards for us to move in our beautiful home! Tom was absolutely amazing from the beginning and Chris worked a miracle to get us closed before Christmas. It truly was an amazing experience. We absolutely love the quality of materials used for building our home. Cannot say enough of Garett, our builder. He is the most knowledgeable, professional, responsive, dedicated, flexible and customer obsessed we have ever seen. Despite being in seller’s market, we had a wonderful experience working with Garett. Even after we closed our home, he regularly checks and makes sure that everything works fine. Garrett never said no to anything, be it 4am Sunday morning he will be there for you. We are so glad that we chose Highland and Highland chose Garett for us!

We are so excited about our home! The whole experience was fantastic! Edna and the highland homes team really cared about us! They made sure we we’re getting everything in the design of the home that made sense for us! Our home would not be as fantastic if it wasn’t for the time and care they put into it! Our builder Garrett is very professional and helpful. We really enjoyed working with him and had a very good overall experience in this journey.

Drake was wonderful. Kind, patient (answered even my smallest questions; then said it all again when a friend wanted to hear it). He was thorough and made me feel like he worked for ME even though I was so happy to be buying such a beautiful home. If something wasn't exactly to my liking, he got it fixed or moved or whatever the case was. I would buy from Highland again in an instant.
