It was amazing from the purchase process to the design

Tyler has been such a great resource throughout this entire process. He has been incredibly responsive, helpful, and patient with me as a first-time homebuyer and single mom. I am very grateful for all of his help and guidance along the way. We have truly enjoyed our Highland Home so far and appreciate all he did to make this experience such a positive one.

This is our 3rd home buying experience and from the first day we walked into Highland Homes our experience was everything we could have asked for and more. From the very beginning of our search in Goodland, we knew we wanted to build our home there. When we learned that Highland Homes would be building in the community, it made our decision even easier. Very pleased with our new Highland townhome. Todd was great to work with. We had a few minor repair issues and Kris was on top of everything. He even went to the new house to meet the contractors when I was unavailable. Excited to be moving in.

This was our first experience building a home, and we initially approached the process with some hesitation due to the many negative stories we had heard from others about their home building experiences. From the very beginning, however, our Sales Counselor, Alecia, along with the entire model home team, made us feel welcome, comfortable, and confident in our decision. It quickly became clear that Highland Homes has a well-defined building process and thoughtfully designed plans, with a strong emphasis on energy efficiency—an important priority for us. We were especially fortunate to have Travis as our Construction Manager. He consistently communicated next steps proactively and was patient, accommodating, and highly responsive to our many questions and concerns throughout the build. Despite several change orders we introduced along the way, Travis was able to keep the project on schedule and even completed our home a full month ahead of schedule. We also greatly appreciated the time he took to meet with us in person to walk through maintenance items and provide guidance for long-term care of our home. The process was amazing from start to finish. Any issues or concerns I had were listened to, and the team truly did their best to help every step of the way. Buying a house can be stressful, but they made it smooth and reassuring. I’m very grateful for their professionalism, patience, and dedication.

We have built 7 houses over the years but have always been local during the build. Not this time. We were 5 states away but our sales rep and our building superintendent kept us informed and shared progress pictures. Every detail was addressed along the way. Our best building experience. On my 3rd contractor…like starting from scratch over and over

There is no quality assurances. There is no trust to installer. After moved in and spent time cleaning up the house. I found out there are lots of damages, uncleaned while installing. If something they thought buyer can't see at walk through. they left damaged products in new home.

I can't say enough positive things about Highland Homes! They made the entire process seamless and stress-free from the initial sales meeting to the final walkthrough. Alicia was our salesperson and was amazing throughout the entire process. Jordan was our construction manager, and he made sure to communicate each phase of the build. He was never too busy to address any of our questions or concerns. We built our dream home with Highland and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to build their home!

We entered the process late as our home was already designed and built. We had a couple minor changes requested though and Highland graciously took on the scope to help turn the house into the home we want. Mason clearly and frequently gave us the necessary updates amd allowed us time to come by, walk through, amd even schedule third party vendors for things like window treatments. Highland knows how bring the right value home!

Highland compares to no other builder! We have been thoroughly satisfied and wouldn't trade it for anything!

We had an exceptional building, orientation and after purchase process with Highland Homes in Walsh Ranch. They are very professional, respond quickly to any questions and the design team was so easy to work with in every way. We love our new home and the neighborhood!

From the moment we walked into the model we were treated and greeted by first class personnel. The build quality was obvious as well. The purchase experience was pleasant and moved flawlessly through closing. No hiccups. Our Highland rep Todd, our construction supervisor Kris and our realtor Rania were all very professional and kind. This was a wonderful experience. Thank you all.

Highland Homes provides a great process that works seamlessly from beginning sales, to the final walkthrough of their homes. Monica kept me informed and answered any questions I had, Ben also kept me updated and made sure I was received updated emails of the process, and Cameron was constantly giving me updates of where we were in the stages of building my home. Cameron did all he could to provide me with the final product of the home I wanted.

My experience At Highland townhome has been exceptionally welcoming! Thank you, Lance! The CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT. I must commend June, the construction manager, who goes above and beyond to ensure that all my issues are resolved. I thoroughly enjoying at Walsh Ranch, taking advantage of the walking trails and walking my dog daily, and appreciating the wonderful residents at Walsh Ranch. Every day at Walsh is living at a 5-star resort! The amenities are truly amazing. We do need restaurants in Walsh! Deciding to move Walsh was the best decision I made.

Process was streamlined and we made many changes since we were in it from dirt so gave us an opportunity to select all finishouts to our liking creating a custom home. The entire staff was great and seamless! Very pleased with the results and highly recommended!
