We were moving from out of state and our Highland team of Todd and Mason kept us up to date and informed of the build progress the entire time our home was under construction. The sales rep,Ginger, was delightful and helpful. Highland homes was willing to do a contingent contract and give us time to get our house closed. The builder rep, Luis, was extremely responsive and helpful. He wanted to make sure we were totally satisfied with our home and experience. We LOVE our home; it’s beautiful!

I like my house…best part is the fact Highland follows up on all my issues so far and has gone beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Any time my wife and I have an issue - all it takes is a phone call or a text to get a construction manager to quickly tend to our concern. What we really appreciated is ensuring - as simple as this sounds - we had our yard mowed for a month after moving in for free just to make sure we had some extra time to unpack and get situated after a tumultuous move. Highland buying experience was great. The build manager was very trust worth and addressed every issues in a fast paced manger. The sails councilor and build manage did a very great job and gave us an amazing experience. The build quality and inspection of each phase was scrutinized for quality. Although with every new builds there are issues, but the build manager was always on top of things to resolve the issues. Overall I would highly recommend Highland for family and friends.

We have purchased a number of new homes, and our experience with Highland Homes in Walsh Ranch (Fort Worth Texas) was the best. From the sales process (Layne) to the Interior Decorator (Kayla) to the builder’s representative (Jason) the team has been professional, helpful and great at keeping in touch with progress!

Debbie and Joy was very informative and helpful throughout the process of the buying of my house. My project managers Travis and Blake communicate effectively with the entire process, and very thorough at my walk through before I closed. Highland made the 'new home' process very easy. From the beginning, everyone involved was very responsive and available. Now that I am in the home, dealing with the warranty folks has been amazing. Again, the local supervisors are very responsive and they follow up to be sure everything is done to my satisfaction. Highland is truly a quality home-builder with top notch employees.
