We recently built our dream home in the Two Step Farm community with Highland Homes, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the day we first walked into the model home until the day we received the keys, the entire process was smooth, organized, and enjoyable. We want to give a special thank you to our Sales Counselor, Tim *****, and our Project Manager, Eric *****. Tim made the home-buying process exciting and stress-free. He was always welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to answer every question we had and helping us make informed decisions. We always felt like he genuinely cared about helping us find and build the right home. Eric did an exceptional job managing the construction of our home. His communication throughout the build was outstanding, and his attention to detail and commitment to quality gave us complete confidence that our home was in great hands. He kept us informed every step of the way, addressed our questions promptly, and made sure everything met the high standards we expected from Highland Homes. Building a home can be overwhelming, but Tim and Eric made it an exciting and memorable experience. I worked with Christine and Ericka for sales. They were pretty responsive and helpful. Provides thoughts and suggestions. Then got to work with one of the best construction manager, *****. He was super attentive and knew even a small thing from his memory. He made sure all my concerns were addressed by respective parties. He even provided with suggestions that really matters and helped me save some bucks on useless stuff.

Big or small we were encouraged to point out concerns we had as we saw them come up. Our builder was very responsive with every concern and questions we had during the building process. Almost every issue he was already on top of when we sent him a message. He has still been very supportive with questions we have had arise since closing.

First of all, ***** our Construction Manager is absolutely the BEST there is. He has went over and beyond in ensuring things were done efficiently and with quality. Our lender Cheryl was amazing, patient and diligent! And it all started with ***** who was incredible to work with. We are truly appreciative of the Highland team. I would suggest dedicating someone to walk your buyers through what’s next or what if after they have purchased a home.

From contract to move-in, the communication, responsiveness, and follow-through were outstanding. Every question and concern was handled quickly, and it was clear the team genuinely cared about delivering a quality home and a smooth experience. The entire process of buying our new home with highland was great. We completed a new build with their team. The timeline was accurate, we received clear communication and pertinent updates, and we love the finished home. They also reliably followed up on any requests we had following the completion of the build. Very satisfied and will recommend to others.

The house was delivered promptly and was of the highest quality. Todd provided exceptional assistance and information not only during the construction but also afterward.

My overall experience with Highland Homes was excellent. Much of this was due to our Construction Manager, Devin, who was very professional, knowledgeable and followed up on any requests or changes needed. I would say the concrete work both for the driveway and patio was not top quality. The driveway had sections that didn’t match in color and finish. It looked like the concrete was too wet when poured causing stones to already rise to the surface. The patio surface was not a smooth surface and had pitting in multiple areas.

Builder has been responsive and easy to work with! Made the home buying process easy. Happy with my house and everything about the experience so far.

Your loan team and officers are at the bottom of the barrel. Builders are 2nd. Not the best ones in HOU. Highland is recognized at top of their game in TX but that has been slowly changing
