When we first went to the model to discuss building, the sales representative Kelli was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and explained the whole process to us. We selected our lot that same day! The weekly communication from sales and the construction team kept us apprised of progress and answered any concerns we had. They went above and beyond to make sure we were involved in our home build and we have some very wonderful memories of watching the dirt turn to slab to frame to home. Highland Homes was a builder I had been watching and researching for a few years. I had other top builders in mind but a Highland purchase was at the top of my list. While there are hiccups, my issues are promptly addressed. So far not one regret or negative two months in from closing. My home is beautiful and I am so grateful that God gave me the chance to work with builder. My new build is absolutely gorgeous.
