Hector and Jovanny at Highland Home were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and very responsive to our questions and requests. They definitely made our first time building a home a great experience. Jovanny was also great at resolving many issues very quickly no matter how small or big.

David is outstanding. Outstanding. of course there will be issues during the building process. He understood our concerns and reassured us that things would be addressed and taken care of. He was confident and we were confident in his abilities. He is professional and friendly. We always felt he “heard” our concerns and addressed them quickly and appropriately. David made the building process smooth and pleasant. We’ve always heard the horror stories about building and the stress it can cause. And he finished early! Yay. We were able to move out of the apartment 2 months early! Working with David was a dream. Highlands provided us with good service/assistance. They addressed our concerns and requests during the process of buying our home, made sure everything is on time up to the closing period. We were able to move in our new home as planned/scheduled. Terrence and Jovanni provided assistance and help

Overall experience went very smooth, from selecting lot, floor plan, brick, etc. A little more clarity on what are builder options vs design center options would be helpful. Also would like more options for lighting than what was offered. Construction phase went very good with timely updates and walk-thru meetings. Hector and John very great to work with.

Regarding some initial issues, the Construction Manager solved all outstanding issues goving us a total satisfaction about our Home. Thank you for your commitment.

Our overall all experience is beyond great. Highland Homes as a company and staffs are the best in town. They really go above and beyond on any issue that might arise during any phase of construction or inspection. Their commitment and professionalism are truly unmatched. Everyone we worked with at Highland Homes in Bridgeland was very easy to talk to and work with. They were very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in what we had to say. I wasn’t looking forward to the building process, but they all made it much better than I thought it would be. Our builder made a big difference. He was great to work with, easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The one area I wish we could have had some input, was the landscaping. Everything was great, both Denise and Nick were great. Home is spaced and functions as expected. I appreciate the build quality and workmanship. The house was expensive, but what isn't these days?

Highland was very responsive during the home buying process and quickly resolved any concerns identified on our walkthroughs. We've had a couple months in our house now with no issues and are very content.

The tile in the master bath was not up to par but he came back and made it look better. the first painters were terrible, there chaucking sucked but Harrison brought in another painter and they were great, we had a problem finding the brick must of the samples they didn't make anymore. All other issues were done except the floor they have it schedule some time in December

Working with our salesman, Hector, was great. He could be working on 10 projects and never miss a beat! Our builder, David, made great effort to accommodate our wishes-even when they couldn’t get our first choices in tile. They ripped a whole section out to redo tile to keep our original vision. After moving in, there have been the inevitable kinks. I’ve been impressed with every worker who has come back to make things right.

This experience was perfect for me. Every wish was fulfilled and timely. All the services of the home was taken care of by knowledgeable trade personal. I had no worries and this is so important at 85 years old. Service at its very best and I love my Highland Home.
