First, I couldn’t be more happy with our home quality. However, the aspect of the home purchase I loved the most was after the contract was signed and during the build. Both Cece (sales) and Jack (project construction manager) worked with us on all the things we wanted changed and corrected during the build as much as possible. They were relentless in trying to ensure everything was as perfect as possible when we finally closed. Many of the changes were “nit picky” but they always tried as hard as possible with an up beat attitude. Even after the close, warranty items have been handled with the same level of customer service with usually a follow up call the day after submitting. This was our second home and the experience was great. We were allowed to make different changes including non standard changes. Very responsive. The builder communicated with us on the construction every week.

We absolutely love our home and thoughtfulness on how it was built. The building materials used are of high quality. Our only concern is the quality of the bathroom cabinets is not what we would have expected for this price point.
