I have been pleased with every aspect of building with Highland Homes. From the salesman, to the building manager to anyone else I dealt with. Highland Homes truly cares about their customers and makes sure they are satisfied in every way. I have nothing but praise for how I was treated throughout this process. If I ever build again I will be looking for Highland Homes.

Great shoping experience, really nice house

This was my second build. Highland went above my expectations in craftsmanships, customer service, and production deadlines. Glenn was a fantastic salesman and Jim was a phenomenal project manager. I could not have been happier with the process. I strongly recommend Highland homes to anyone looking for a new home in the area.

My experience was very easy. I signed, went to the design center and before I knew it I moved in! The communication was very good throughout the entire process.

Excellent support has been provided for early closing of the house and scheduling of all repair works. All identified items were addressed exceeding our expectations.

Working with Hector Duenas during sales negotiations and contract signature was very smooth. He was very helpful, responsive and solution oriented. Dealing with Highland Home Loans was not very pleasant. We had to work with 3 different people for several months. We asked 20% mortgage of the house value and at the last minute, 4 weeks prior to closing, our application was rejected which put us very stressful situation. There is a room to improve the screening & approval process at Highland Home Loans. In our case it should have taken 30 mins to accept or reject our application rather than months for a person with a basic financial knowledge. Our project manager Jonathan Mayfield was excellent. He explained us all civil & mechanical details related to the house, addressed any concerns or minor quality issues timely. He is very professional and supportive. It was a great pleasure working with Jonathan. There are few things to improve on quality & layout in or around the house. I find Tm and Dalton to be very helpful in the process. Any issues that have come up Dalton has been amazing dealing with it.

My experience with Highland Homes goes back to the 80’s as a child, when my parents purchased two Highland Homes in the Dallas area. So, when it came time to purchase a Highland Home for my own family, the decision and trust in the brand was easy, already proven, and well established. I will say that my own experience on the construction side wasn’t flawless, but when it came time to make things right and address found issues, responses and actions taken were swift . Highland Homes, like many truly customer-centric corporations, continues to solidify that their customers (and their name/brand) is important in their continued success. Unfortunately, the barn door has been mistakenly built (not per dwgs), and it's been 2 months without a resolution to this mistake.

We are blessed to have made this purchase with highland . Quality was excellent.

Everyone we interacted and worked with at Highland were great. The Bridgeland sales, admin and construction folks were very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend Highland as a conscience and professional organization.

I purchased an inventory home. The purchasing experience was great, smooth sailing and closed on time. The sales representative and finance team were very responsive and courteous. The minor problems were readily addressed by the Quality Management team.

Build was fast and easy. Quality of material lacks and would have really liked a final clean to have the House ready to move in.

By purchasing the model home. We did find some odds and ends that was damage which we understood because the house was a model home. But the garage was new and broke in a couple weeks. I can say Highland did not Wasted no time making sure the contractor took care of it ASAP. Other then that we love our home.

We were very happy with our homebuilding experience. In an era of shortages and delays, everything was on time and on budget. Our contact at Highland Homes was very knowledgeable and they were willing to work with us on some floorplan customizations that really made the home ours. We are enjoying getting settled!
