Home was delivered as promised and in excellent condition. All items we subsequently found that we wanted addresses were quickly fixed with no hassle at all. Very pleased with Highland homes.

This has been by far one of the best house buying experience I have had so far. They have taken care of every single warranty item. Makenna is very responsive and has taken care of us since day one.

We have purchased many homes but this has been the best experience & the least stressful. From sales person Sandra, to the construction manager Dalton & Wendy at the design center; all are professional, responsive & easy to work with. They addressed any issues we had & in a very timely manner. The home was built properly & professionally. We had other options but glad we chose Highland. We will be here for a long time.

High quality workmanship, good response from sales representatives, Project Manager was exceptional, loved the Architecture. Negatives were that 3 of the 6 bathrooms were in the first 300 sq ft of house and many interior doors were too narrow. Great service and fast response time after closing to fix a few small repair items. Overall great experience.

i built my home & picked all finishes from start to finish, sales team was great, very helpful over & over , project manager was on top of his game , design team was very well organized & helpful with picking choices for my home . great experience all around .

From the time Karen was introduced to Tony, our Highland sales counselor, all the way through our home buying process we had a fantastic experience! He was both very personal as well as professional in all his dealings with us, communicating in a timely and thorough manner. Later, when our house went under construction we began working with Jack, our construction manager. He was an excellent communicator utilizing e-mails, texts, and phone calls to update us on progress and address any questions or concerns we had. This was especially helpful to us as we were living in another state during construction. We felt like Jack was genuinely concerned with our desires related to our house and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure we ended up with a house we were thrilled with. We had great experience with the Highland home sales person towards closing and with the walkthrough with the construction manager. The staff has been responsive and helpful in taking care of any issues that came up. We have bought homes in the past but but we would rate our experience with Highland Homes too notch!

David is outstanding. Outstanding. of course there will be issues during the building process. He understood our concerns and reassured us that things would be addressed and taken care of. He was confident and we were confident in his abilities. He is professional and friendly. We always felt he “heard” our concerns and addressed them quickly and appropriately. David made the building process smooth and pleasant. We’ve always heard the horror stories about building and the stress it can cause. And he finished early! Yay. Highlands provided us with good service/assistance. They addressed our concerns and requests during the process of buying our home, made sure everything is on time up to the closing period. We were able to move in our new home as planned/scheduled. Terrence and Jovanni provided assistance and help

Overall experience went very smooth, from selecting lot, floor plan, brick, etc. A little more clarity on what are builder options vs design center options would be helpful. Also would like more options for lighting than what was offered. Construction phase went very good with timely updates and walk-thru meetings. Hector and John very great to work with.

Our Construction Manager, Ed, has visited on multiple occasions to ensure that any warranty matters are addressed in a timely manner.
