First, I couldn’t be more happy with our home quality. However, the aspect of the home purchase I loved the most was after the contract was signed and during the build. Both Cece (sales) and Jack (project construction manager) worked with us on all the things we wanted changed and corrected during the build as much as possible. They were relentless in trying to ensure everything was as perfect as possible when we finally closed. Many of the changes were “nit picky” but they always tried as hard as possible with an up beat attitude. Even after the close, warranty items have been handled with the same level of customer service with usually a follow up call the day after submitting. Naturally, issues will arise when building a home. In every challenge, our salesperson and job foreman were helpful, positive, and made sure our needs and expectations were met.

Everyone on the team is knowledgeable, helpful and nice. The weekly construction calls keep us informed all the way through our build. Fantastic experience!

The entire process was an absolute pleasure. They’re were some hurdles with my selling process and this team was so very patient. They treated me like a person and not just a buyer. I really appreciate it.

Overall satisfied, it’s a very beautiful house and we love it. The only thing is that the contractor forgot to build a linen closet for our upstairs. Now that we closed, they didn’t go back in to fix it.

In general it was a great experience, we were informed every week about the status and progress of our home, We haven't had issues in our house and for those that were found (minimum details), those were solved immediately... Jared is an excellent project manager, always available and ready to provide feedback and support as needed.

Highland builds a great home and the design center experience was one of the better ones we have had out of all the homes we built. The new home consultant was very enthusiastic and knowledge and was an advocate for us as buyers throughout the process. Our construction manager was a joy to work with and was very responsive to issues raised during the build process. Job site cleanliness was one area that was a bit frustrating, but overall the end project was great!
