Highland is very customer responsive! They also made numerous changes to our floor plan which gives the feeling of a custom built home.

I am a retired builder..... who chose Highland Homes because of the quality of their quality building plans & materials and the highest level of their daily construction management. Highlands Sales group kept me up to date weekly on the building progress which was important to me. The energy efficiency as well the quietness inside of my home..... is amazing..... matching everything Highland Homes specifies for their customers. I would recommend Highland Homes to anyone.

I would like for everyone to know that as a first time purchasing a Highland Home has been the best decision I have ever made in a home purchase. I’ve owned several homes in my life, but I’ve never had the quality and service that Highland homes given me. I thank God I chose Highland and I will recommend Highland too all of my friends and family.

It’s my fault that I was in rush buying a home and therefore I end up buying a home with many faults. Jonathon ( manager) is a great guy and very helpful every situation but the house itself has many defects such as pendent lights, back porch concrete, interior walls r not straight , kitchen sink , breakers r Turing off itself quite often and many more. They replaced my pendent lights at least 5 times but still couldn’t get it right and I was lied about the situation. Basically, after third party doing a job , there was no one from Highland to inspect the job quality. I am thinking to buy another home and most likely not from Highland. ... More

This is my first time with highlands and I am very disappointed on the amount of issues I am having with a NEW home. Feels like a used home.

The home that we purchased with Highland was beautiful, and working with Glenn was a great experience. However, since buying the home we have had some issues. We have had to push our Project Manager at times to finish our punch list, however, he has always been attentive and there to help. The biggest issue that we have had is with our HVAC. It has stopped working multiple times since we bough the house. Even last night it would not cool down the house even though it was 65° outside.

What I would like other buyers to know is that a 3 car garage is a 3 CAR garage not a 3 truck garage, actually you can’t fit 2 trucks. So if possible ask for a longer garage like 2 feet longer. Also is very nice that must of the special needs that you may require, Highland is willing to do the changes to meet your needs. Regarding quality is a very good house.

Highland is a fantastic builder all the way around. They build quality homes and their customer service from start to finish is amazing. They include so many awesome features from the start, you can truly just move in and start enjoying your home. I love my Highland Home!

In general it was a great experience, we were informed every week about the status and progress of our home, We haven't had issues in our house and for those that were found (minimum details), those were solved immediately... Jared is an excellent project manager, always available and ready to provide feedback and support as needed.

You have a very Good, Kind, Helpful and Professional staff. Linda, Pamela and Anthony the builder were great. They were always available to help and answer questions. Also Very efficient in al the process from the begining to the Closing.My family and I are very happy with our new Highland Home. We made a very Good decision buying with this Company.

on your walk through "BEFORE" closing make sure everything is looked at even molding and seams on the wall. Check EVERYTHING and document it and have it done if possible before you close.

Great customer service!! This is their greatest quality that Highland Homes have achieved. They are always willing to fix any and all genuine issues that may occur. Overall home design and quality is very good.

Worst buying experience ever. Many many issues with the house once we moved in. Plenty of excuses, broken breaker, air condition was hooked up wrong, drier connector was broken. Maintenance men didn’t show up twice on two separate occasions. Just a mess

We truly love our horne and appreciate everyone at Highland Homes who worked with us every step of the way; from the mortgage loan team to our construction foreman, Keith T, who went above and beyond to make sure our house was up to standard and worked with us constantly to ensure we were happy with all the minor updates and repairs that our house needed. We would definitely recommend Highland Homes for anyone looking to purchase a house to grow your family in.

The subcontractors were abysmal. The sheetrock seams are horrible. The "finish" work on the trim looks like a child put it in. The concrete in the driveway, garage and patio are pitted, gouged, and have boot prints in them. As I write this, the master closet ceiling and upstairs bathroom vanity are torn out as water is leaking through the ceiling. The absence of professionalism even extended to unhuman behavior such as urinating in the shower to the point where the smell prevented us from going into the house, and there was even feces rubbed on the painted wall in the bedroom upstairs. I cannot stress enough how shocked, disgusted and disappointed we are in Highland and this house. ... More

Very responsive and good quality

When I had issues . The issue was taken care of quickly ! The people are really great at taken care of issues. That the guys doing work either over looked are just didn’t do ! Real quick response time and very polite . And helpful

Tony was outstanding!!! He was available to answer any and all questions and worked with me throughout the process. Through challenges and emotions Tony remained present in the process of our purchase of our forever home!!! His kindness and care and ability to help through difficult times will be something we never forget!!! We love our home!!!!!

Jack and Ken were responsive up until the day I received my keys. After that, I feel like their response to issues became little to non existent. There are things that need to be fixed or addressed. My disappointment grew after they passed over my keys. I submitted my warranty request and hadn’t heard anything regarding the request.
