Dakota the Construction Manager provides excellent customer service, even in the time that doesn't go in my favor. He would take the time to explain to me the reason why he also make it right for the customers. I think without Dakota as my construction manager, I would probably have had a bad experience. The company need to give this guy a promotion.

check every issue and give an active response.

We had an excellent experience with Highland Homes. We were buying from out of state. Mac and Dakota kept us up to date regularly and answered questions quickly when we asked them. We are in our home now and love it. They continue to be responsive to our needs. Upon selecting a builder, I was worried, because so many of them had bad reviews. Highland seemed to have the best, that I saw. And, having been thru the experience with them, they deserve high marks. We are very satisfied customers.

During the entire process, the sales team and construction team kept in touch with me and were quick to assist me with any questions/concerns that I had. They finished my home on time and have remained in good communication to address any of my needs since closing.

This is my second Highland home that I have purchased. Out of all the homes on the market at this price point,, Highland Homes definitely has the best quality of home. The service at the sales center from Glenn is A+, and also the project manager Tommy is extremely attentive to all of your needs. I’ve been in my home for several months now, and had my first warranty call for a minor issue. Within hours Highland Homes was in contact with me scheduling the repair. Post purchase experience so far has been outstanding. I highly recommend Highland Homes.

If you value great customer service and having your questions and concerns addressed in a timely manner, then you will want to purchase a Highland Home. Christy, Evan, and Cheryl were always on the same page. This is the 5th new build I have bought. Highland is by far the best builder I have done business with.

I love my highland home! The service was exceptional.

My experience was smooth from start to finish. No surprised. PM continued to guide me through some changes I wanted after closing by referring persons to do the work and helping me with pricing. He went the extra 5 miles!!

From start to finish the Highland Homes team did a great job. Communication and responsiveness were always clear and honest. There were a couple of supply chain delays, but these were always clarified, and we were never kept waiting for a response.

I am extremely impressed and satisfied with the level of customer service we received from Judie (office) and Michael (builder rep). Their follow through is impeccable.
