I relocated here from Denver, Colorado. I did research on the area where I wanted to live and contacted the sales team at Highland. They were awesome! The sent me information on the home as well as data about the area. Excellent assistance and communications! They also did a virtual home tour for me with they phone while I was in Colorado which help me decide on my home purchase.

Really pretty house overall. Some issues when closing on the house but Highland seems pretty reliable in fixing these issues so far. A buddy of mine used Drees and he is struggling to get them to fix the problems that he is having. Thankfully, thus far, it has been the opposite for us.

The entire process with the builder was amazing. From receiving a recommendation direct from Viktoria C. to working directly with Tony N. Harrison K. the Project Manager was very knowledgeable through the construction process. He had a high level of professionalism. He responded to my phone calls and emails in a prompt manner. Harrison also made sure that all of my questions and concerns were handled with the best solutions within a timely manner. The Sales Team members were kind, humble and very patient with me during the entire process. Pedro L. was amazing with great knowledge of the Model Homes along with the highlights of the neighborhood. Tony N. I decided to build with Highland Homes in Katy TX and am so glad I chose them. Everyone I encountered/ worked with went above and beyond to meet or exceed every request/ expectation. They were all kind, knowledgeable, responsive, kept me informed for every step of the process, and provided customer service that I thought was extinct. My house is perfect in every way, and any hiccups (which have been very minimal) have been addressed within or under 24hrs. Todd (in charge of my build) went out of his way to make my dream home a reality including requests I figured would be a long shot, which made a huge impact for me. Hayley, our sales consultant, was earnest, sincere and helpful in answering all of our questions. This was our fourth house that we have bought. Hayley is by far the best sales consultant of the bunch. Dalton, our construction mgr, has been extremely honest and helpful in addressing any questions that we bring to his attention. We investigated the Cane Island community in Katy, Texas, and found Jason, our sales rep, who showed us a Highland home virtually. We loved the floor plan, but the flooring and tile were not to our liking, so Jason sold us their model! He walked with us and communicated through every step of the 7-month process, and we moved into our beautiful home in September 2022. Dakota the Construction Manager provides excellent customer service, even in the time that doesn't go in my favor. He would take the time to explain to me the reason why he also make it right for the customers. I think without Dakota as my construction manager, I would probably have had a bad experience. The company need to give this guy a promotion.

We had an excellent experience with Highland Homes. We were buying from out of state. Mac and Dakota kept us up to date regularly and answered questions quickly when we asked them. We are in our home now and love it. They continue to be responsive to our needs. Upon selecting a builder, I was worried, because so many of them had bad reviews. Highland seemed to have the best, that I saw. And, having been thru the experience with them, they deserve high marks. We are very satisfied customers.

This is my second Highland home that I have purchased. Out of all the homes on the market at this price point,, Highland Homes definitely has the best quality of home. The service at the sales center from Glenn is A+, and also the project manager Tommy is extremely attentive to all of your needs. I’ve been in my home for several months now, and had my first warranty call for a minor issue. Within hours Highland Homes was in contact with me scheduling the repair. Post purchase experience so far has been outstanding. I highly recommend Highland Homes.

Christy, Evan, and Cheryl were always on the same page. This is the 5th new build I have bought. Highland is by far the best builder I have done business with.
