Also Very efficient in al the process from the begining to the Closing.My family and I are very happy with our new Highland Home. We made a very Good decision buying with this Company.

We truly love our horne and appreciate everyone at Highland Homes who worked with us every step of the way; from the mortgage loan team to our construction foreman, Keith T, who went above and beyond to make sure our house was up to standard and worked with us constantly to ensure we were happy with all the minor updates and repairs that our house needed. The entire staff: the construction overseer, loan officer, and salesman were all very attentive to my needs throughout the home buying process and afterwards. No matter the question or issue, the staff has been able to immediately provide me with an answer to my questions and resolve any unforeseen issues that may have arisen.

You have to be available when important aspects of the building are being done if you need anything modified. Ask at the right time and it shall be done for you. They are very understanding.

Highland Homes is very responsive, professional and organized builder. We got to purchase new house from Highland Homes and we're satisfied with the quality. Their office staff in Bridgeland, Cypress are very friendly, they helped us several times to manage some issues before moving the house. Danny and Brett always responded within a few minutes which means they care about customers, solve immediately their needs. We definitely recommend Highland Homes if you're buying your dream house within your budget.

They take care for their home buyers and the team that we worked with was phenomenal. From Mr. Jeff our salesman with his knowledge, Mrs. Judy with her wisdom, Mrs Jessica our design center coordinator which has a gift for making a home beautiful and fit to you, and finally Mr. Brian for building my family our dream home and keeping us in the know throughout the entire process and even after the house was built still tend to our needs. Great customer service, great first impression!

As a first time home buyer, I had a great experience from start to finish.

House is everything we wanted and more.

We were on a Sunday drive through Woodforest when we decided to walk through Highland Homes in the Crest area. Hunter highlighted the features and floorplans which turned us into buyers.

I will say that the sales rep was phenomenal, the construction manager started off great, but as we were at the end of getting the house build, you could see our house was not as important to him as it was from the beginning. Later found out he was transferred to a different area which didn't help since we had questions. But now, with the people I am dealing with now, they are great and wished I had all along. We are so happy to have them help us out when we have any kind of question.

They provided exceptional customer service in every aspect from purchasing, building and warranty.

From picking the model and lot all personnel have been wonderful. Their willingness to listen to my wishes and advice me on different things I may be leaving out was very important to me.

Overall excellent buying experience! Christy Chumbley did an outstanding job as our sales counselor. She was very helpful! Karen Fletcher in the design center was terrific also. She knew what she was doing it helped us make good choices. And Matt Barbera didn’t excellent job as our builder. He also was very responsive to any issues that we had.

On behalf of my wife Lisa, we’d like to commend the Highland Home staff here in Jordan Ranch. Each one in their respective area was top drawer. This is our fifth and last home. Our experience from the beginning with Sales; during the construction phase and any follow-up on some minor items after we moved in has been great in every aspect. Having been in a sales career all my life, great performance should be acknowledged by the customer and not just problems. I hope this in some small way highlights how good the team is here.
