Great customer service, great first impression!

As a first time home buyer, I had a great experience from start to finish.

House is everything we wanted and more.

We were on a Sunday drive through Woodforest when we decided to walk through Highland Homes in the Crest area. Hunter highlighted the features and floorplans which turned us into buyers.

I will say that the sales rep was phenomenal, the construction manager started off great, but as we were at the end of getting the house build, you could see our house was not as important to him as it was from the beginning. Later found out he was transferred to a different area which didn't help since we had questions. But now, with the people I am dealing with now, they are great and wished I had all along. We are so happy to have them help us out when we have any kind of question.

They provided exceptional customer service in every aspect from purchasing, building and warranty.

From picking the model and lot all personnel have been wonderful. Their willingness to listen to my wishes and advice me on different things I may be leaving out was very important to me.

Overall excellent buying experience! Christy Chumbley did an outstanding job as our sales counselor. She was very helpful! Karen Fletcher in the design center was terrific also. She knew what she was doing it helped us make good choices. And Matt Barbera didn’t excellent job as our builder. He also was very responsive to any issues that we had.

On behalf of my wife Lisa, we’d like to commend the Highland Home staff here in Jordan Ranch. Each one in their respective area was top drawer. This is our fifth and last home. Our experience from the beginning with Sales; during the construction phase and any follow-up on some minor items after we moved in has been great in every aspect. Having been in a sales career all my life, great performance should be acknowledged by the customer and not just problems. I hope this in some small way highlights how good the team is here.

Homes are beautiful with modern design and wide, open spaces. We have been living and enjoying our new house, now for two months and everything is been working in the house as expected. The builders team was very helpful and dedicated to us during the purchase process and further during the move they were supportive with any question or requirement we had until being fully settled in the new house.

When we decided when and where we wanted to buy we went to Pomona subdivision and looked at all the model homes. In our price range we found a great home by Highland Homes. Our sales rep, Miss Denise, was fantastic on working with us on our wants and needs. It seemed she was always available to answer any questions we had. I looked at several lenders and chose Highland Home Lender, LLC. We worked with Miss Amanda and she was the best person I ever worked with in financing. She couldn't have made the process any better or easier. Once our home was finished Mr. Cason, project manager, addressed any issues we had and was very accommodating. We looked at a lot of different builders, but there was something special about Highland Homes! We visited many neighborhoods in the Houston area, and the one thing that stood out was the quality of Highland Homes changed. Solid foundation, quality of material, and a of different plans to choose from! We are very pleased with Highland Homes and would definitely recommend them as your future home!

We were nervous about the process of building a house having always bought prebuilt homes before. Highland Homes was easy to work with and made it a good experience. I've also noticed that they are more responsive to issues that arise than other builders in my neighborhood comparing experiences in my neighborhood's online community group. So bravo Highland and I recommend them highly!

From the start day to closing day, Hector and Layne always made sure we were taken care of and we had a great experience!
