Michael Construction manager and Jonathan Home warranty and the rest of the Highland Home family have given us outstanding customer service. Always professional, friendly, and very pleasant and easy to deal with. The whole home buying process has been very stress free. Highly recommend this Home Builder. This is my fourth home to own and the overall best home.

Highland Homes team did a phenomenal job from start to finish! Highland’s construction manager did a great job keeping the home construction on schedule and weekly progress reports kept us informed throughout construction.

I had to stay on them bringing build and do some stuff myself. Like making sure everything was sealed inside and out.weather siding people kept missing the stud pulse would holes in weather siding that weren’t sealed.Dont thing I have a straight wall in whole house.

Working with Troy(our salesman) and Charles(our builder) was the easiest real estate transaction my wife and I have experienced. Troy quarterbacked the process and kept it all moving, while Charles was an expert in completing our "punch-outs" and teaching us how to utilize all of our new technology that Highland integrated into our new home.

From the first day I met the sales manager Anita to buy a house I felt comfortable and after I decided to buy and followed up with her and the construction manager Jack I was very happy to deal with them for their honesty and implementation of everything we agreed on from the beginning of building the house until the end, and everything was perfect whether in terms of quality or dates as the delivery was on time. Now after moving into the house on the first of November and until now Mr. Jack has been very interested in providing us with assistance and meeting all our requests. I am very happy and lucky that I chose to buy my house from Highland Home after I visited many construction companies, so I advise my friends and everyone who wants to buy a house to choose Highland and they will find everything they ask for ... This builder has so much potential because there is a good product that could come if the building team took our home seriously in their work. The building team did not walk us through home building as it should have been done so many things were missed and even done incorrectly due to lack of proper oversight. I often voiced concern that I need more information prior to having meetings to decide on things but would not get the information I need prior to or even in the meeting. The building team should have walked us line by line what each category is and meant and not brushed over anything or asked in a general section do you see anything here you want. We are not building professionals. After move in our concerns were brushed off time and time again until I had to provide proof of other homes that I would go visit during their construction that had items we were told were correct (but weren’t) or couldn’t be done (but we’re done elsewhere). Our floor plan is so beautiful but the lack of care has caused this to be very stressful once we were in the home and finding out things and not getting the help we need. ... More

Let’s start off from the beginning Sheryn our “sales counselor” has made me and my wife feel very welcomed and has helped us become first time homeowners! After closing, the “Construction Manager” Matt and his team have been helping us and it’s been all hands on deck, making sure that everything is working properly at our home and if something isn’t up to standard he will get it corrected! The quality of materials are getting worse year by year, but prices are getting higher. Old houses was better. At least Hıghland still quick responder for issues.

David is outstanding. Outstanding. of course there will be issues during the building process. He understood our concerns and reassured us that things would be addressed and taken care of. He was confident and we were confident in his abilities. He is professional and friendly. We always felt he “heard” our concerns and addressed them quickly and appropriately. David made the building process smooth and pleasant. We’ve always heard the horror stories about building and the stress it can cause. And he finished early! Yay. From start to finish our experience with Highland was truly amazing. When we first went to the model to discuss building, the sales representative Kelli was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and explained the whole process to us. We selected our lot that same day! The weekly communication from sales and the construction team kept us apprised of progress and answered any concerns we had. They went above and beyond to make sure we were involved in our home build and we have some very wonderful memories of watching the dirt turn to slab to frame to home. The managers John and Gio heard our every concern and went far beyond our expectations in making sure everything was perfect, and resolved every issue with alacrity and excellence. The experience was horrible! The quality and lack of carelessness has been the worst. I have bought new houses before and have never experienced this lack quality.

Everyone was excellent all the way around! The sales staff as well as our construction manager all went above and beyond every step of the way!

Tim was my sales rep and Andrea was my construction manager. Great experience from start to finish. What is really nice is that you have their full attention for a whole year should any issues arise.
