Homes are beautiful with modern design and wide, open spaces. We have been living and enjoying our new house, now for two months and everything is been working in the house as expected. The builders team was very helpful and dedicated to us during the purchase process and further during the move they were supportive with any question or requirement we had until being fully settled in the new house.

I am really happy love the experience I have with highland homes as well as builder. The builder’s team did what they promised. They responded to me in a timely fashion. I really recommend Highland Homes to everyone who are looking for a new home.

When we decided when and where we wanted to buy we went to Pomona subdivision and looked at all the model homes. In our price range we found a great home by Highland Homes. Our sales rep, Miss Denise, was fantastic on working with us on our wants and needs. It seemed she was always available to answer any questions we had. I looked at several lenders and chose Highland Home Lender, LLC. We worked with Miss Amanda and she was the best person I ever worked with in financing. She couldn't have made the process any better or easier. Once our home was finished Mr. Cason, project manager, addressed any issues we had and was very accommodating. We visited many neighborhoods in the Houston area, and the one thing that stood out was the quality of Highland Homes changed. Solid foundation, quality of material, and a of different plans to choose from! We are very pleased with Highland Homes and would definitely recommend them as your future home!

We were nervous about the process of building a house having always bought prebuilt homes before. Highland Homes was easy to work with and made it a good experience. I've also noticed that they are more responsive to issues that arise than other builders in my neighborhood comparing experiences in my neighborhood's online community group. So bravo Highland and I recommend them highly!

Highland homes shines with quality and craftsmanship. After seeing many homes on the market, we instantly fell in love with our Highland home. Open concept, Rigid Core Flooring, Grand staircase entrance with wrought Iron and covered patio. I would definitely rate them as a top builder in Bridgeland Community.

Aside from the last minute changes that emerged with the home (as things often do) and the resultant negative impact on the financing through HH Loans, everything went quite well. Home is still going through checklist of items, but they are being taken care of.

I have never purchased a new home before but the experience I have had with Highland Homes has exceeded my expectations. I thought we would be unable to afford a new home and I was wrong. From the sales contract to the responsiveness to issues, Highland has delivered. We had a few minor issues to be resolved after closing and Highland far exceeded my expectations to take care of these items and to do it in a timely fashion.
