Not very happy with the selection at the Design Center.

Highland homes has been a great experience from the beginning to the end. Let’s start off from the beginning Sheryn our “sales counselor” has made me and my wife feel very welcomed and has helped us become first time homeowners! After closing, the “Construction Manager” Matt and his team have been helping us and it’s been all hands on deck, making sure that everything is working properly at our home and if something isn’t up to standard he will get it corrected! The quality of materials are getting worse year by year, but prices are getting higher. Old houses was better. At least Hıghland still quick responder for issues.

David is outstanding. Outstanding. of course there will be issues during the building process. He understood our concerns and reassured us that things would be addressed and taken care of. He was confident and we were confident in his abilities. He is professional and friendly. We always felt he “heard” our concerns and addressed them quickly and appropriately. David made the building process smooth and pleasant. We’ve always heard the horror stories about building and the stress it can cause. And he finished early! Yay. We were able to move out of the apartment 2 months early! Working with David was a dream. From start to finish our experience with Highland was truly amazing. When we first went to the model to discuss building, the sales representative Kelli was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and explained the whole process to us. We selected our lot that same day! The weekly communication from sales and the construction team kept us apprised of progress and answered any concerns we had. They went above and beyond to make sure we were involved in our home build and we have some very wonderful memories of watching the dirt turn to slab to frame to home. The managers John and Gio heard our every concern and went far beyond our expectations in making sure everything was perfect, and resolved every issue with alacrity and excellence. The experience was horrible! The quality and lack of carelessness has been the worst. I have bought new houses before and have never experienced this lack quality.

Everyone was excellent all the way around! The sales staff as well as our construction manager all went above and beyond every step of the way!

Tim was my sales rep and Andrea was my construction manager. Great experience from start to finish. What is really nice is that you have their full attention for a whole year should any issues arise. Wish I could say better things - but very disappointed overall.

Highlands provided us with good service/assistance. They addressed our concerns and requests during the process of buying our home, made sure everything is on time up to the closing period. We were able to move in our new home as planned/scheduled. Terrence and Jovanni provided assistance and help

I absolutely love my new townhome! It's beautiful and everything I ever wanted. The problem is in the quality. I have had so many problems since closing. Not even two weeks after moving in, I was infested with mice so bad that I had to move out temporarily. They did not properly seal the attic in six places and left open gaps. I was lucky that only mice came in. Their warranty department would not reimburse me for what I had to spend to get this fixed. I could not get my shutters installed because water was coming in through the windows and had to force them to fix this. It took a long time to get the breakers to stop tripping! It seemed as if this was their first build out. They tell you that their claims department will take care of things after you close, but their claims deparment just asks questions, and sends someone to look at things (when it's convenient for them) they give you so much run around, BEWARE! There were other small glitches here and there, but never have I had such poor experience with any other builder in the past. Very disappointing considering such a beautiful townhome. Great sales people. Troy and Victor were amazing, I enjoyed working with them very much. It's just a shame that the construction and the construction staff need to gain experience on what they are doing and how to treat customers. I will never again purchase from Highland Homes. ... Highland is very responsible and trustworthy builder, They take care the home owners very well I am very happy with my home

Overall experience went very smooth, from selecting lot, floor plan, brick, etc. A little more clarity on what are builder options vs design center options would be helpful. Also would like more options for lighting than what was offered. Construction phase went very good with timely updates and walk-thru meetings. Hector and John very great to work with.

Our Construction Manager, Ed, has visited on multiple occasions to ensure that any warranty matters are addressed in a timely manner.
