It was a great experience buying a Highland Home. Very Professional and very knowledgable on every question I had. Accurate and efficient and would call me frequently on our updates and status. I was more than pleased with all Highland Homes staff.

Hunter and Johnathan have been very efficient in meeting my needs when there is a problem with something in my home and in a timely manner and they are very nice people. They get the job done.

We had an outstanding experience with Highland Homes while building our new home. From the beginning, Jon, the sales associate, was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process. He was always available to answer our questions and made sure we were confident in every decision. His professionalism and knowledge made the process as stress-free as possible. When we had a hiccup towards the end of our build process, Jon made sure we knew that we were going to be taken care of like family. Frank, the construction manager, continues to be incredible. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the entire build. Frank ensured that everything was completed to the highest standard, and he kept us informed at every stage of construction. The craftsmanship and care that went into our home were beyond our expectations. He continues to check in with us to make sure everything is running as smoothly as the day we moved in. James has been outstanding to work with. He is very courteous and listens to any concerns you might have. Most importantly, he follows thru in a timely manner. As a homeowner he lets you know he is there for you!

Construction process went as scheduled, kept informed at every stage and any issues resolved promptly.

I can't say enough good things about Highland homes and my experience. Ken, Kent, Patti, Doug, Leslie, Frank, and Darrell have all been fantastic to work with. Ken and Kent are great salespeople and truly excellent advocates for your business. Kent spent so much time with me discussing options and helping me make good informed decisions with his transparent approach. Leslie at design is a gem. She helped us pick everything, and we used her expert advice for some things we weren't really sure what to pick like grout colors. I spent most of this process working with Frank on the construction of the house and warranty requests post closing. He has been truly first class, responsive, and accommodating. Any time I brought up a concern or question, we talked about it and found an agreeable solution. Doug and Patti spent countless hours working through the mortgage application process, rate discussions, then finishing touches for under writing. I can't say enough what a pleasure these people all were to work with. I am a project manager by trade and I felt comfortable having great partners in this journey. Overall experience with Highland Homes was great and the builder was friendly, knowable, and on top of getting our home ready for the closing date. I would definitely recommend purchasing a Highland home to family and friends it's been a great journey into our forever home and loving our home! One final suggestion I would recommend to Highland is never rush to complete a home because workmanship can never be rushed and errors will appear from their work, but ours have been resolved and appreciate Doug resolving those issues.

He helped me and my family through this whole process by keeping us in the loop when the house was going through its stages of being built to helping us find the right finance team that provided us with a home loan. To answering every and any questions we had about the process and the building of our home in a timely manner. I can’t thank him enough and my family is super grateful for him. And we love the quality of the home and how everything is so spaced out and to whatever I wanted to add to the house it was done. And a huge thank you to the builders that got back and fixed some small things that occurred while settling in the house with fixing things in a timely manner. My experience with Highland Homes was exceptional! Working with Rikki, my sales counselor, and Cliff, the Construction Manager was seamless from start to finish. Communication and workmanship was wonderful. I highly recommend Highland Homes! Plus, I really liked reading the history behind how Highland Homes came to be.

From front-office sales to back-office builder and warranty support we have been treated extremely well and could not be happier. The quality of build and general experience has been fantastic. Debbie and Lindsay made the sales process extremely smooth and fun. Dave supported us on the build side and made the entire process fun and turned around warranty items extremely quickly. In the later stages getting settled into our home Lane took his time to do an additional warranty walkthrough and showed Highlands support for the foreseeable future.
