I love my new community. Between working with my Realtor, and Teri with Highland Holmes they both made everything such a smooth process. Everyone was very professional and accommodating, and listened to my needs and wants. I was extremely happy with the finished product. And I loved working with the design group as well.

David did a fantastic job on our house. The craftsmanship and care he has is very evident. I would absolutely say he went well above and beyond what we expected from a builder.

Buying a home from highland was a great experience they went out there way to help with everything I needed to get approved Alan was great strongly recommended using him out his team he was always there when I had a question and always had an answer for me or he would get someone else with the answer. Seamless process conducting walkthrough and was flexible making amends on some demands. Quality building materials.

Alan, David, and Lance kept us in the loop throughout the entire buying/building process. Gai from the loan department, also did great reaching back to us whenever we had questions. We hired a 3rd party inspector for the pre-drywall inspection and final inspection. David and Lance addressed and fixed ALL the concerns our inspector found. I would highly recommend Highland Homes to all our family and friends.

Cris, Gigi & Skyler were an amazing team for my buying experience in new Braunfels. They were all incredibly responsive, showed empathy and caring for me having a positive experience with Highland Homes. They were also incredibly accommodating with my request and concerns. They took the time to explain why they could or could not accommodate different requests. They also have continued to be warm and friendly and accommodating post sale. I would highly recommend the New Braunfels team for anybody shopping for a new construction or spec home.

We first saw this home almost two years ago, when it was a brand new model home. We met Ivy then and she was SO friendly and nice! Not pushy, just gave us the info we wanted and left us her name and number! We perusal looked at the model 4 or 5 times, each time bringing different family members and friends. Ivy was just as gracious as always. Even though she knew we really didn't want to have a house built, she still kept us in the loop and greeted us warmly each time we visited! In January 2025, we drove by again and saw that the model had SOLD! We were so disappointed but figured it wasn't meant to be. Then just a few weeks later, we were taking our daughter to lunch and she said hey there's this neighborhood is really like to see. (She lives off of fm1103 about 2 miles from here). When we turned in, I realized it was the Neighborhood with the "dream home". My daughter said hey it's for sale. We couldn't believe it! We went in, walked around (again LOL) and asked what had happened. Evidently the day BEFORE the buyer had backed out! My husband and I looked at each other and said, "let's do it!" Of course, Ivy was there and she remembered us (she probably thought we were stalkers LOL). Also there was Rockie, a broker. He asked if we had a house to sell. We said yes so he said if you want, I'll follow you home and see if I can sell your home quickly. So Rockie came to see our house and liked it. So... in the course of a couple hours we made a decision to buy a house and sell ours! He, Ivy, and Natalie made the whole process easy and, quite honestly, fun! As with all homes, there were just a few things that needed to be fixed, and the three of them, along with Bobby (assistant builder) made sure it was all taken care of in just a short time! From the moment we decided to buy with Highland homes to the end date was roughly 7 months long. During the whole time we were getting up to date news on property and it seemed to flow pretty smooth due to the hard efforts of Patti, Lance and Alan. Without their constant help and assistance throughout the process my wife and I would’ve been lost and the purchase would’ve been pushed back. Patti was absolutely amazing at the end guiding us on items to supply and pushing everything through to the loan processor in a quick manner. After the purchase Lance checked up on us and the new house often making sure we had everything we need and giving us helpful contacts in case of emergencies. From the first meeting with Sue in the model home at Veramandi, we were treated with the utmost professionalism. She educated us about the wonderful aspects of and the amenities included in Highland Homes. She listened to our requirements and found us a lot and home design that matched our needs perfectly. We were then guided thru the various phases of making our new home a reality. Sue and Kevin smoothly got us through the change orders to customize the home to our desires. Then we were connected with our amazing construction manager, Alex. Alex was one of the most meticulous individuals we have ever worked with. He kept us in the loop from the lot prep until our final walk-thru. He set accurate expectations on our completion date and even brought the timeline in to our pleasant surprise. He earned our trust early in the stages due to his own high expectations on the jobs to be done. The excellent service did not end on our home completion. Highland Homes has a great mobile app to place warranty issues, questions, requests.
