Laurie and Brody make a great team to work with when purchasing a new home. Both of them were extremely responsive during the build and quickly looked into and answered any questions we had. We highly recommend them and Highland Homes!

Lindsey was soooo wonderful to us. She was always willing to help answer anything we needed and if she didn’t know the answer she immediately work to find it out for us.

Using Highland as our builder was one of the best decisions I ever made. It’s not like everyday you go out to purchase a home, but the highland team made the whole experience remarkable! From making sure my questions were answered to executing our upgraded options to our home. They were on top of it and provided a piece of mind that made us feel at ease. The question on this survey is what stood out? Clearly “G.N.” our Construction Manager undoubtedly stood out. His pro-active communication from the pre-build meetings and even today, 80 days after closing he follows up to ensure all is going well. During the build process there were several occasions where we said to ourselves, we need to call and ask about that. Before we would even call or text it was not uncommon from him to proactively reach out and tell us about the same issues and what was being done to correct them. As we came closer to closing and minor issues came up he was willing to talk through and address even the smallest imperfection to ensure we received a beautiful home. He clearly took pride and was not building a house he was building our home and we are very appreciate of the pride, thoroughness and workmanship. Our Realtor T.K. was awesome as well and made regular check-ins to ensure we were making progress every step of the way. You can tell she spoke with the construction managers because they are on the same page and moving the build forward. As far as the home, we are very satisfied and while it is little more expensive than some homebuilders in the area we are very pleased with the technology, workmanship and standard amenities in the home. ... After signing a contract with another builder and getting three weeks out from closing, the poor workmanship and constant installation of wrong materials caused us to cancel that contract and begin the search again. That’s when we met Teri at Highland Homes. Her courteous and knowledgeable demeanor, along with the pride in the quality of Highland Homes instantly sold us. So then the building process began. Greg, our construction foreman, was absolutely top notch! He went above and beyond to respond to any questions we had along the way and resolve any concerns we had throughout the process, and to this day checks in on us to make sure all is well. I have built 4 homes in my time, but will never again consider another builder. Highland is absolutely top notch and I am thrilled to recommend them to anyone!!! ... More

Very pleased with quality and workmanship of our home. They listen to what we needed to work for us. If they couldn’t do something they were great about trying to find an option or just said we couldn’t. They have come back and fixed items since moving in. Overall the response and professionalism is excellent.

My recent purchase with Highland Homes in Gruene Villages, was exceptional. The sales staff (Mark), went above and beyond in my opinion to help us navigate the process, as we delt with a difficult sale of our current home at the same time. Since our purchase was complete, the Post Sale help has continued. Every issue (which to date has been minor), has been handled extremely well and very promptly. The onsite Builder (James) has been an exceptional resource with questions and issues that have come up to date.

David sent my introduction to him, has always been prompt, patient,, informative, and affective. He has always answered my questions and clarified any issue or problem that arises. He is quick to resolve any issues or discrepancies in an extremely timely manner. He makes herself available, and his customer service is exceptional. Between Alan, the sales person, and David, I could not be more happy with my purchase. They both put kept me at ease and insured me that everything would be just fine throughout this process. I love my new home.

I trouble say that Sue and Spencer and everyone else helped right away with anther needed done! I have to say this had probably the best experience I’ve had from building to buying g existing. The o oh. Complaint I had are the cheap door knonbs. The cheap fiberglass in the barren of the shower I would take a house of this. Calibrlber would have put nicer fixtures in ah half a million dollars, you should her a house with nicer fixtures. But o their thank that everyone wa wheezy!over all I’ve been very a Happy with HH

We were extremely nervous to buy from a homebuilder again, as our first experience was very unpleasant. Highland worked with us every step of the way, was super responsive, and accommodated our wishes (like our external inspector that came to every inspection). We live in a mixed neighborhood of various homebuilders, and you can tell which are Highland Homes. The quality is absolutely higher. We did lots of Googling and review-reading prior to selecting Highland, and it was a great decision. They are also super responsive after the fact and have taken good care of us. We have moved into our beautiful home and love it very much We have had some issues here and there but that’s to be expected in any new home but they come immediately to resolve or fix any issues right away this has been amazing on their part. The accommodations for making my home for my needs has also been amazing and greatly aapreciated

We had been looking at this builder and floorplan for about two when we were finally ready to move forward. Our sales counselor, Thea, was absolutely amazing to work with - she was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She set and managed our expectations by communicating frequently and thoroughly throughout the process. Our construction manager, Clayton, was spectacular to work with. His attention to detail and communication style allowed me to feel at ease with the entire process. He was available to answer questions, offer suggestions, and ensure everything went smoothly. Late in the process, Clayton was reassigned to a different neighborhood, and our new construction manager was Chuck. My wife and I were very nervous about the change, but Thea and Chuck ensured it was seamless. Chuck's passion for homebuilding was very evident. He was able to finish our build and met all of our expectations. Our house has had some very minor issues (as I am sure most new builds do), but Chuck has responded quickly and resolved them to our complete satisfaction! ... More

The Highland Homes experience from the showing of my new home, to the buying of the home, the mortgage process through Highland Homes was and continues to be outstanding. From the start, dealing with Tiffany and Thea in the Sales Office who responded to every request I had since I was purchasing from out of state, moving from AZ back to TX, to Doug with the financing process, to Brody for fixing minor house issues as I moved in. In TX, Highland Homes is the best builder around and I highly recommend this company. Didn’t know what to expect in the beginning with the design and building process, but once communicating that we were interested and involved in the building process along the way, we were able to find trust in the Highland process. There were a couple of early issues, but Highland worked to provide acceptable solutions. Most important, we were grateful of the support and the timeliness of addressing issues of concern during the early stages of the warranty process after construction completion. The project manager was extremely helpful ensuring our satisfaction.

I am still waiting for light fixtures that were broke and another cracked, a crack I. Window front door repair and paint of shutter. I had one follow up but now nothing. I know they are busy just would like updates

Overall a great experience. The salesman, Kevin did a great job and was very helpful to reach the end product. I do believe there is a problem with some of the construction personnel understanding the product that Highland Homes wants delivered to the buyer. This is our second Highland Home and they stand behind their word of getting it finished to that standard.

This marks our second experience as homeowners with a Highland Home. Our initial encounter with a Highland Home was around 2013, a few years after we tied the knot and embarked on homeownership together as a couple. Following the sale of our first home, we consistently found ourselves measuring subsequent residences against the standard set by Highland Home in terms of quality, space utilization, and overall aesthetic appeal. Marion, my builder, has been very responsive taking care of my concerns, which haven’t been many. She genuinely cares about satisfying her homeowners!
