The whole experience was top notch! Our realtor worked exceptionally with WestBay's team- Julie on behalf of WestBay was incredible with followup post sale and our contact PM Dan was fantastic on followup of items needing buttoned up. Overall very happy and would use them again!

My rating is 1 star because the home does not meet the standard I was told. Cabinet trim Has fallen off, and my windows leak during rain. These issues 60 days in have led us to want to sell, but the builder has dropped prices on inventory homes killing our value. This has left us with a money pit feel, not new home satisfaction. On top of that CMG said they don't sell the mortgage, and what do you know, it's been sold. We have been ***** and ***** to. I can't, and will not recommend this neighborhood, or the builder, or the mortgage company. To top it off, we were told by the builder ...
