Im going to save you some time here if youre searching for a quality semi-custom home builder. I spent over a year and a half researching and meeting with new home construction builders in the Tampa area. There are some excellent ones but our experience with HBWB was fantastic. From working with our sales rep to one of the BEST construction managers I have ever encountered to the support/warranty department. They are extremely well run and managed. From going over the home in early stage, to finance and communication everything has been exceptional. We had few minor issues after we moved in, a/c stopped working and few other minor things that we missed on final walk, inspector came in and resolved all of our issues in timely manner. We were only without a/c for few hours house is built really well didn’t even know it wasn’t working inside temp was still nice and cool. Only reason we knew it was our outside unit would turn on and off every few min.

Elena and Dustin, were so great to work with! I can't say enough good things, on how professional and knowledgeable yet still very personable and very easy to get along with during this whole process. Elena made the buying process so easy and painless, and Dustin addressed all my concerns, and many I did not have the foresight to see. The quality of the product (The Home) is very important to me, and West Bay did not disappoint!! I would recommend both Elena and Dustin for your next West Bay New Home buying experience.

We have purchased numerous home before and our experience with WestBay was by far the smoothest experience. From our first meeting with Thea to our construction manger Tyler. They were responsive and thorough but more importantly just good people! Highly recommend to anyone in the market.

We’ve built several homes and Westbay is by far our best experience. I cannot say enough great things about Brian Lindstrom and Kristie Parkhurst. Every detail of the home buying and building process was smooth, easy, and fun. Their attention to detail and ability to see potential issues before they arise was very impressive. The fact that we have come across very few and very minor discrepancies after the move in speaks volumes as to the workmanship that was put into our home.

This was our first home we purchased where we bought new. We were always kept up to date on progress, and communication was great. Along the way any issues were quickly resolved. I also like that Westbay donates to charities for every home they sell.

I bought a beautiful villa. I absolutely love my home. This is my second West Bay home. Everything is topnotch. Me personally, I didn’t even have anything on walk-thru! I just cannot say anything negative. Everyone I have worked with has been wonderful.

Homes by Westbay is my favorite builder. The Sales Team (Rhonda) is one of my favorite human beings. She kept in constant contact from start and she still reaches out to see how our family is doing. The Design Team was amazing. Our kitchen is the talk of the neighborhood. Mike (Our Construction Manager) Set realistic expections on materials and installs. 5 stars!

Home Buying process was really easy. I have been updated with every stage of the house construction process. The quality of the house was really great and I don’t see any issues so far..

I decided to build a home as the inventory of available homes was scarce. WestBay was one of my top choices based on reputation and home quality. I had three project managers through the process which was not ideal but ended up with Marcus who kept me up to date throughout the entire process. He was responsive to all of my questions and accommodating for every visit I wanted to make throughout the process. Given this crazy time I did not have the option to truly make this home my own with my desired decor. Hopefully this will change soon. I do wish the cabinets had been installed with soft close hinges and drawer glides. These materials are available and now I have to take them all apart and replace them. Overall process was fantastic from our Sales Rep - Rachel, Rose in Selections, and Layne our builder. All three were fantastic. Mark was great on our 30 day as well. The house is great and so happy we went with Westbay.
