We had an exceptional experience; honestly wish everyone could have had the same as we did. I am disappointed to learn my neighbors have not had similar experiences which makes it difficult for us to share our story openly. One certain differentiator was Lane and so I'm convinced that made all the difference; we are beyond grateful to have been in Lane's assignment. Lane has great passion for excellence, is an expert in maintaining progress in a project and clearly has the respect of the people she manages because I'm sure they're at their best when Lane is the site manager. As for the home, from the design & layout, the kitchen, countertops, bathrooms, pool, floor; basically everything is just wonderful - we love our home so much; we're never leaving.. and the community that has been created here is one-of-a-kind; cannot be happier to be in Waterset, it is an absolute gem of a community. ... Construction Manager really felt like he was working for us. As an out of State buyer, we had to trust and rely on him. We have never built a custom property and were surprised at how headache free it turned out to be overall

Our experience was great! We were kept in the loop on everything that went on. The builder went above and beyond to answer questions and let me know where we were on our timeline. In most cases questions were answered before we even asked them.

James in the sales office was very helpful always returned phone calls promptly Nick the construction manager was great always handled any issues promptly and resolved them to my satisfaction.All the subcontractors were neat courteous an followed all the COVID 19 recommendations.
