Be prepared to potentially go over your planned budget at the design center - they have a lot of options.

We couldn’t be more happy with our new home. WestBay thought of everything and put in the best materials. The sales team was great. The building team was great. However, I do have a few complaints. Regarding the design center, it was a mad house when we went down to the preview. And there weren’t enough scheduled times to do it. My wife and I were only able to make it to one preview due scheduling conflicts and the location. My recommendation would be to have a second design center on the north side of Tampa. Regarding workmanship, there were a few things that were done sloppy, like the back splash and some of the inside paint. Our building manager Steve went above and beyond to make sure we got everything fixed according to our satisfaction. But this involved time and effort that could have been avoided. Overall, WestBay is doing things the right way and I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone looking to build a new house. We're loving our home, and our builder did a great job, front to back. We wished that our initial sales team had better informed us about the real price prior to making financing decisions (e.g., $20k in "taxes, closing costs, lagoon, HOA, title insurance, etc. etc. was added on a week from closing), but I shouldn't have been surprised. Be active, vigilant, and follow up on all the many directives, and you'll survive the process and get an amazing house at the end of it all.

Very very helpful staff and the process is very easy they will help you every step of home buying. The only thing is before you go to design center make sure you get full list of items included in the price, if possible visit the model house and get every details.

Some mistakes were made. We never were offered walk-in showers for any other bathrooms except for the master bedroom bathroom. Our backsplash was supposed to be white. What was ordered was "Pearl". Unfortunately, pearl means light gray and white is white. We are beginning to like it anyway. Our kitchen is beautiful, however. The tiling everywhere is top notch. All in all we have few complaints. We are buying new lights, The lights in the hall and dining are cheesy and cheap looking.

I moved from another WestBay developed for more land. I’m happy with my purchase but not the price lol.

Lots of Quality in the construction, The interior paint should have been of better quality. Little details like sealing the lamps or power outlets boxes, better clean up after finishing construction. Don't like Oaks too close to the home.

Our construction manager Marcus made the experience great . he always answered questions throughout the building experience if he didn’t have the answer, he would find for you.And he would always kept toilet paper on his golf cart.

Our construction manager was really helpful!! Anything we flagged or questioned during construction, he would put it on a list and make sure it got taken care of by closing. We definitely recommend building a good relationship with your CM. We are really happy with our new home!!

Bought a home at Waterset and I absolutely enjoyed the experience with Westbay! From Sales, to building to Warranty. An absolute joy!

Thought the process was smooth and easy. To be honest, if the market wasn't so inflated, I would have given 5 across the board. I know they have to charge market rates and don't blame them for doing that. Other than the inflated costs due to market demands, West Bay was absolutely wonderful.

Our construction manager Steve made this experience the best ever. He went above and beyond to I sure were happy and answers Ed questions promptly. Thank you and he deserves a big raise

WestBay’s homes quality is excellent because they use good materials. The floor plans are well designed. The builder’s team are very attentive and during the process of the construction they are always notifying you of step by step process. Overall, a great home builder.

This is the fourth home I have purchased and is the most spectacular one of them all. I wish the spare room was a little bit bigger in size but hands down I would recommend or wouldn’t go with another builder than WestBay. WestBay you have made our dream home come true

Overall we are very pleased so far with our home. We have only had a few minor issues that the builder has either taken care of or is actively working on. Once resolved we feel our home is a great value for the neighborhood we built in.

I just recently bought a new house from Home by Westbay. I'm very happy with the whole build process and I'm very very happy with the quality of the home. This is my third new build and I can say that Home by Westbay has been the best one so far. I would recommend them to anybody looking for their forever home

Beautiful home, the only real negative would be the vinyl wood look flooring. It has buckled in several spots and many of the seams are poorly done. Disappointing.
