The homes of Westbay are designed to entertain and we do exactly that every chance we get. The compliments we get about the home is mind blowing . These homes are far better than other home builders. The only down fall is having casa homes and west bay homes in the same communities and these workers are working well past 6 pm during the week and early on the weekends. There is a lot of noise from the machines and the workers radios . The sod in the front and back yards were installed sloppy. Outside these few minor issues these homes are great and I would buy another Westbay home

Overall the home buying experience was awesome, I wish there was a little more options that potential homebuyers could choose, add or upgrade, however the homes are well built and Chris my project manager was amazing!!!

Good experience and through professional

Stacey was amazing. Her expertise and knowledge, and caring attitude made the experience all worth it. Dav kept me informed along the whole process. He was knowledgeable and helpful, which made the building process enjoyable. The home is absolutely Beautiful. I fell in love with the house and never looked at the lot, I would not have chosen the lot. I also would have wanted to go to the design center since this was my retirement home. I also loved the feel of the community too.

Good overall experience. Some slight concerns when it comes to final home finishes but at the moment they were and will be taken care off by the builder. Good communication and friendly staff.

We love our new home. We love the Westbay team who helped us through this entire process. Overall, the buying experience was solid.

There are a couple of things that need to be fixed and our request has been ignored. I understand there is pandemic however a phone call letting us know when the work will be completed would be nice.

We bought a ready to move in home. Stacy our sales representative was in our corner every step of the way and continues to assist with small issues

Multiple problems with new build still not addressed to include leak in downstairs window, missing trim, no thermostats, etc.

Title speaks for itself. I feel tricked. We closed with the promise all work that wasn’t completed would be done and after 45 days now nothing. They keep saying I will get a call and nothing. I

Everyone worked hard to satisfy our needs to the best of their abilities, a very well built home we’re looking forward to enjoying

Lynn our construction manager was amazing throughout. Even after, she made sure we were always taken care of.

Overall, we are very pleased with the home. The delays were unnecessary. Home was suppose to close in July and didn't close till end of October. I know the excuse was 'Covid' and supply issues but hard to se that as factual when other Westbay homes that started AFTER our home were finished BEFORE our home. At least two homes that broke ground well after us, by months, finished before us, by months. Also, we originally had to switch lots due to an error on Westbay's part and then had to wait an additional five months just to get to the design center. We were two weeks away from design with the original lot but after Westbay offered for us to change, again, due to an error on Westbay's part, it went from 2-weeks to 5-months to get to the design center. Not pleased with the driveway as it is curved inward by the single-car garage door. While aesthetically pleasing it is completely non-functional to actually parking a car or pulling into the garage through that door. It turns a 3-car garage driveway into a 2-car driveway. Now I have to pay someone to make it straight so I can actually use the driveway like a 3-car driveway. The price to do it in design was ridiculous. Not impressed with landscaping at all and will have to pay to replace. However, overall we are pleased with most of the details in the rest of the house. ... More

Nice Westbay home. Do not use Truist Bank to service your Loan. Closing time 3 hours and 15 minutes.

Delivery problems during the build due to COVID caused some anxiety as well as subs showing on time were the main problems. We are very pleased with the finished product .

WestBay is a high quality builder. As a buyer you can choose from a good number of options for your home. Their customer service is very good. If I had an issue during the building process, someone was always available to address the issue.

The building process went smoother than I expected. Sale Team member Lisa was great to work with and went beyond to help my family out with all questions even on her days off or late evenings. Thank you!
