Horizon Home Builders opened its doors in the summer of 2003 and has since built more than 1,000 homes in and around Savannah, GA. The company is owned by brothers, Richard and Robert Flanders, who grew up in the Savannah area. We were looking to find the perfect home to retire in that put us close to family and the beach. My wife and I flew down to Savannah from Alaska for three days to try and find the perfect location that was matched up with the perfect realty team. On day three, we finally found that combination.
