I loved that John Wieland Homes used most updated devices on my house. Sprinkler for example is capable to be upgraded with WIFI technology and save a lot of water! All thermostats are WIFI too, and controlling temp from cellphone is awesome.

Everyone is eager to help the quality is great the location is great I am extremely happy with my purchase so far everything has gone very well!

The field managers were very responsive to issues that we had without hesitation. Even with the slowdown oxf COVID, things were taken care of to our satisfaction.

we discovered the reunion area only last june and started the home building process then. it was completed a month early and we made the move from michigan. we are delighted with the design features and latest innovations. highest marks in all regards!

During our build time, it was amazing how spot-on the communications were between Pulte, our builder (Travis Horne), and ourselves. There were no questions unanswered and no issues left unresolved. No new house can ever be built perfectly, but this one was 99% perfect during our walk-thru LESS THAN 5 MONTHS from the contract signing! After carefully noting (emphasis on careful--as in meticulous) all problem areas with paint and drywall finishes, EVERYTHING was taken care of and we walked into a brand-new & near-perfect home for such a great price. We purchased an existing, finished townhouse in the Foundry and couldn't have enjoyed a better experience. The entire process was a joy and the team at Weiland answered all of our questions and were extremely helpful. Sherri, Meagan, and Chad were always available to help us and made the process very easy for us. Brent on the construction side went above and beyond consistently and was always available and attentive. I'm a customer home builder and I bought a Weiland home so that should speak volumes. I highly recommend trusting Weiland to build your home.
