Starting from signing the contract thru closing the home, we had a great experience with JW Team. The sales rep that we worked with was great, she patiently walked us through every details at the beginning and answered every question reasonably thru the home building process. The project manager assigned to our build was great as well. He was meticulously organized, paid attention to smallest details and made this home building journey enjoyable. Even after closing he kept answering questions and helped getting few after closing issues quickly fixed without going thru the support team. I loved that John Wieland Homes used most updated devices on my house. Sprinkler for example is capable to be upgraded with WIFI technology and save a lot of water! All thermostats are WIFI too, and controlling temp from cellphone is awesome.

Everyone is eager to help the quality is great the location is great I am extremely happy with my purchase so far everything has gone very well!

The field managers were very responsive to issues that we had without hesitation. Even with the slowdown oxf COVID, things were taken care of to our satisfaction.

We love our house and the process of home buying was conducted honestly and professionally . Builder has to be more restricted with the carpentry related to the doors alignment . Our agent Mrs. Julie was very professional , helpful and responsive. Thank you all

We had many issues with the quality of the workmanship and materials of the home however the last field manager(Corey) and the warranty department have being outstanding and closed all the open issues. They response to the issues is almost immediately. Even after closing our field manager and our sale representative still there for us. They are the shining stars from Pulte Homes!!! Based on previous comments from homebuyers we were concern with the warranty department but in our case they are fantastic.

Overall we are very happy in Reunion. The community and people are very nice. The building process with Pulte was for the most part as expected. Unfortunately, there were a lot of quality and workmanship issues with the final product. The homes were rushed and it shows.

The sales agent David is great. The turnover rate for the builders are terrible. We had three different builders by the time we closed. This lead to a lot of issues and barriers for closing, specifically things not getting ordered, projects not being scheduled in a timely fashion, and no one checking to see if projects were done to a certain standard ultimately leading to a six minute delay for closing and me missing out on great interest rates. Having paid >$600k for a home, I wasn’t expecting this. Nonetheless if the communication and Quality Control improves, the buying experiences would be awesome. ... More

Had some delay due to COVID but construction manager Lamar and sales manager David Dempsey kept us in the loop. Attic access has been designed to be in room above fan which is highly inconvenient. Have to move bed and everything just to open attic access ladder. There were few other issues which were/are taken care of.

The neighborhood, its proximity to the surrounding community, and our neighbors are wonderful! The structural integrity of our home is solid (especially given the stringent inspections conducted by the City of Alpharetta). If you buy here, you will live in a solidly built home in a great location! With that said, the finishing touches leave A LOT to be desired. It's like Pulte ran an impressive marathon for the first 25.7 miles and then meandered for the final half-mile. • The painting crew did an extremely poor and incomplete job. We've had them come out multiple times to do the job properly, and we're still needing to have them come out again. Their workmanship is the not the standard you'd expect from a John Weiland Home. • The staining crew for the stairs throughout the house also had poor workmanship, and like the painters, we're having them come back out to re-do all the stairs. • The cleaning crew honestly did not have workmanship from all appearances. We closed on the purchase of our home as we needed to move; however, we did provide this feedback in our survey to Pulte afterward, along with providing it here, in the hopes that for future builds in our neighborhood, Pulte finishes the race strong with the finishing touches that you'd expect when buying a John Weiland home at this price point. On the positive side, Pulte is stepping up in response to the issues and resolving them, which is a good and right thing to do. We're appreciative of that. Our view though is simply do the job properly the first time to avoid the extra time, cost, headache, and the feeling that corners are being cut at the finishing stages. Would we buy here again? Yes, absolutely. We know we have a solidly built home in a great location with friendly neighbors. We're very happy to be here, and we look forward to more neighbors joining us. It took more than a year to get home and a lot of compromises we had to make.

Quality materials but poor workmanship.

Issue with flooring, still the issue is open and notified field manager Michael. Field manager said, he logged a warranty request but no response its been 4 weeks and issue is open with the more glue on wood floors.

The experience during the process wasn't good as expected. Some many issues and details. The material qualities weren't good. For example, we can't clean the walls because the paint is peeling. During the walk-in, we found a lot of issues (I can say more than a hundred). We expended more than 3 hours finding issues. Even, our realtor said that it was the first time she saw too many issues during a walk-in. No all of them were solved, but as we needed the house we didn't say anything during the walk-off (celebration day) because we didn't want Pulte to move the closing again. We just checked the 3 big issues we reported 2 months before the closing (they solved them the day before the celebration after we pushed a lot). The other problems are finishes mostly related to painting (maybe around 90%). They used different paints (at different times I assume), so we can see two o more colors on the walls and ceiling. There are parts of the ceiling without paint just the drywall "white color". The painting issues are not related to light perspective as we were told on the wall-in day. As, I told Jack (the field manager) "the repairs that you do not do I will do them", so I started painting. Also, I asked twice (during walk-in and walk-off) about the fireplace how to turning on? And if they could test it. They said me it is just turning on the switch. I tried it by myself, and I realized no gas was there. ... More
