We had many issues with the quality of the workmanship and materials of the home however the last field manager(Corey) and the warranty department have being outstanding and closed all the open issues. They response to the issues is almost immediately. Even after closing our field manager and our sale representative still there for us. They are the shining stars from Pulte Homes!!! Based on previous comments from homebuyers we were concern with the warranty department but in our case they are fantastic.

They were great to work with. Very professional!

Outstanding floorplans and employees! Workmanship is above average for such a large quantity builder. As always there are some quality issues, but they handle them quickly without a question.

Buying a Pulte home in the Reunion Community was a wonderful, low stress experience ! Our sales representative, Sara and field manager, Travis communicated with us each Wednesday, giving us detailed updates! They worked diligently to answer all of our questions and address our concerns. The final outcome is a lovely home in a great neighborhood!

Chip and Wes did a great job getting the home done on time for closing. It was a race that they were able to accomplish. They have been very supportive and responsive to issues that have come up since my closing and have been very helpful in every way possible, they even interrupted their busy workday to help me carry some heavy furniture into the home. I'm so happy and pleased to be in such a wonderful new home thank you!

I love my new home. The finishes and quality is very high. Wieland was easy to work with and were always responsive to my needs during the buying process.

Ronnie was great he really took his time to welcome us to our new home and you can tell he truly cares about the outcome of the homes he oversees.

Overall a good experience in working with sales team. Home is well built and well architected.

Overall we are very happy in Reunion. The community and people are very nice. The building process with Pulte was for the most part as expected. Unfortunately, there were a lot of quality and workmanship issues with the final product. The homes were rushed and it shows.

Had some delay due to COVID but construction manager Lamar and sales manager David Dempsey kept us in the loop. Attic access has been designed to be in room above fan which is highly inconvenient. Have to move bed and everything just to open attic access ladder. There were few other issues which were/are taken care of.

Have been exceptional after close.

I am satisfied with my new home. I look forward to many good years in my JW home.

Home has a lot of new features and very good efficiency rating. Drywall finish and paint was not up to par with the rest of the home features.

Representation on the build side was exceptional. Preston was second to none during the process up to and through the Celebration Walk. On sales side, representation was also exceptional. Product knowledge could be improved, but overall great. While we bought this house 75% in...because the previous deal fell through...there were no changes allowed. I think it would be advantageous to allow some level of change if features were not finished. Paint, add a doot to the garage for exit to the back yard...set some guidelines though as in understand materials were already purchased.

The sales agent David is great. The turnover rate for the builders are terrible. We had three different builders by the time we closed. This lead to a lot of issues and barriers for closing, specifically things not getting ordered, projects not being scheduled in a timely fashion, and no one checking to see if projects were done to a certain standard ultimately leading to a six minute delay for closing and me missing out on great interest rates. The neighborhood, its proximity to the surrounding community, and our neighbors are wonderful! The structural integrity of our home is solid (especially given the stringent inspections conducted by the City of Alpharetta). If you buy here, you will live in a solidly built home in a great location! With that said, the finishing touches leave A LOT to be desired. It's like Pulte ran an impressive marathon for the first 25.7 miles and then meandered for the final half-mile. • The painting crew did an extremely poor and incomplete job. We've had them come out multiple times to do the job properly, and we're still needing to have them come out again. Their workmanship is the not the standard you'd expect from a John Weiland Home. • The staining crew for the stairs throughout the house also had poor workmanship, and like the painters, we're having them come back out to re-do all the stairs. • The cleaning crew honestly did not have workmanship from all appearances. We closed on the purchase of our home as we needed to move; however, we did provide this feedback in our survey to Pulte afterward, along with providing it here, in the hopes that for future builds in our neighborhood, Pulte finishes the race strong with the finishing touches that you'd expect when buying a John Weiland home at this price point. On the positive side, Pulte is stepping up in response to the issues and resolving them, which is a good and right thing to do. We're appreciative of that. Our view though is simply do the job properly the first time to avoid the extra time, cost, headache, and the feeling that corners are being cut at the finishing stages. Would we buy here again? Yes, absolutely. We know we have a solidly built home in a great location with friendly neighbors. We're very happy to be here, and we look forward to more neighbors joining us. It took more than a year to get home and a lot of compromises we had to make.

Issue with flooring, still the issue is open and notified field manager Michael. Field manager said, he logged a warranty request but no response its been 4 weeks and issue is open with the more glue on wood floors.

Great community environment to retire. Knowledgeable staff that helped us gain a delightful home buying experience. Construction has been on target with great opportunities for improvement in the quality of construction and materials used. For the value of the property and the house, some of the materials and fixtures should have been of higher quality. Minor issues with paint chips, lighting fixtures, faucet and ceiling fans start to show soon after we moved in.

Experienced a good surprise before closing. Builder re-sodded and improved drainage without being asked.. Not totally happy with fit and finish as upstairs floors are noticeably not level in one bath and trim on stairs is uneven. A couple of treads squeak. The third garage bay is only 16 ft long and neither of our cars will fit in it. But overall pleased with buying experience, the new home and the plan for our small development.
