Overall we are very happy in Reunion. The community and people are very nice. The building process with Pulte was for the most part as expected. Unfortunately, there were a lot of quality and workmanship issues with the final product. The homes were rushed and it shows.

We love the home and the protection the warranty program provides; however, it has been nearly impossible to find someone willing to answer your inquires and make repairs. I wouldn't close until all of your repairs are made.

Pulte Construction built our John Wieland dream house in Alpharetta this year and we could not be happier! The quality and construction of John Wieland properties is outstanding!

Field manager unable to keep appointments. Repair items take a while to get fixed. Items that should have been addressed before closing remained after closing.Construction continues from in the dark before 6:15 in the morning to 11:15 at night for plumbers and landscapers which disturb current residents that are living in the subdivision. Sales office not helpful to customer . We had final loan approval in January 2020 but sales office called 1 week before closing to say incorrectly that we didn't. Lot premiums are high when sales try to get the most out of the lots. Plumbers and interior trim do very good work when responding to calls after closing. ... More

Pulte took a great brand and reduced it's customer service and follow up to Pulte's standards. What a shame

Unacceptable that the day before we were scheduled to close the inspector would not issue certificate of occupancy, claiming the facade of the house was faux brick. Then he came back the next day and ordered a cut be made through the brick on the back of the house before he would issue a certificate if occupancy. Pulte should have provided the construction plans to prove the bricks were, in fact, real bricks (42,000 to be exact) to avoid cutting through our bricks. There was an issue with the front door not locking correctly and this problem was not corrected until three weeks after we closed on our home (during which time we could not use the front door). After three hours of adjusting the door, our door frame now has cracks. Lots of scratches and dings on kitchen cabinets and sloppy touch up to fix them... very noticeable and not the quality I expected. Some of the included features such as bathroom tiles and master bath vanity countertops should be a higher quality and not just run of the mill builder quality, considering the price point of the home. Because we dealt with three different field managers overseeing the construction of our home, there was loss of communication with issues we felt if we did not stay on top of would not have been addressed. We are still waiting for a work order regarding an outside leaky faucet to be fixed. Also, a large, unsightly grey box with sloppy, blue duct tape on it was left on our property which no one can account for the purpose that it serves and no one will to take responsibility for. ... No need to - they sent a survey to complete a while back - which was done - but not even a house rat has called me to discuss my concerns- the only reason we bought at Foundry is because of Location - NOT BUILDER ! That sentiment is shared with a good majority of the residents that i have personally spoken to - extremely shady and incompetent work - watch this , if a builder cant get basic painting done right what does that tell you ?? Nuff said !

The home entry way steps are dangerously constructed. The list of items to be completed before sign-off was totally ignored. The home completion team communicated to the closing department that everything was completed. Then the sign off date kept getting pushed back till mere hours before closing. I had to sign because the mortgage rate lock date was that day.

We got lucky and had a good project manager. But the builder uses very. cheap sub contractors who do very sloppy work. People in the communities are not happy with the final product.

The neighborhood, its proximity to the surrounding community, and our neighbors are wonderful! The structural integrity of our home is solid (especially given the stringent inspections conducted by the City of Alpharetta). If you buy here, you will live in a solidly built home in a great location! With that said, the finishing touches leave A LOT to be desired. It's like Pulte ran an impressive marathon for the first 25.7 miles and then meandered for the final half-mile. • The painting crew did an extremely poor and incomplete job. We've had them come out multiple times to do the job properly, and we're still needing to have them come out again. Their workmanship is the not the standard you'd expect from a John Weiland Home. • The staining crew for the stairs throughout the house also had poor workmanship, and like the painters, we're having them come back out to re-do all the stairs. • The cleaning crew honestly did not have workmanship from all appearances. We closed on the purchase of our home as we needed to move; however, we did provide this feedback in our survey to Pulte afterward, along with providing it here, in the hopes that for future builds in our neighborhood, Pulte finishes the race strong with the finishing touches that you'd expect when buying a John Weiland home at this price point. On the positive side, Pulte is stepping up in response to the issues and resolving them, which is a good and right thing to do. We're appreciative of that. Our view though is simply do the job properly the first time to avoid the extra time, cost, headache, and the feeling that corners are being cut at the finishing stages. Would we buy here again? Yes, absolutely. We know we have a solidly built home in a great location with friendly neighbors. We're very happy to be here, and we look forward to more neighbors joining us. Built the 700k home as if I was paying 250k workmanship and quality of the material should have been better for that price. Love the design, location And my project manager as he was as helpful as he could be.

The customer service responsiveness is terrible.

After moving in, we quickly found the following - AC on main level did not work and took 3 weeks and 3 service calls to get fixed, several large boulders preventing sod growth, door swings incorrectly into walk in-closet prohibiting use, 3 tries at repairing roof leak, multiple cracks in drywall seams...

Since Pulte took over the JW brand, the build quality has gone down hill.

We are incredibly happy with our new home! The quality is excellent, the house is beautiful and functional. We are enjoying every day. The location is fantastic...convenient to so much!

Experienced a good surprise before closing. Builder re-sodded and improved drainage without being asked.. Not totally happy with fit and finish as upstairs floors are noticeably not level in one bath and trim on stairs is uneven. A couple of treads squeak. The third garage bay is only 16 ft long and neither of our cars will fit in it. But overall pleased with buying experience, the new home and the plan for our small development.

The finishing touches are awful and we are finding several issues related to cracks in the walls. the doors, door frames, toilets are falling apart. I would not recommend J.W homes

Good quality, receptive, and great value

This is our 8th homs purchase (5th new construction) and hands down it was the worst. Our experience consisted of broken commitments, poor responsiveness and build quality. I will not recommend this builder to anyone.

Great community environment to retire. Knowledgeable staff that helped us gain a delightful home buying experience. Construction has been on target with great opportunities for improvement in the quality of construction and materials used. For the value of the property and the house, some of the materials and fixtures should have been of higher quality. Minor issues with paint chips, lighting fixtures, faucet and ceiling fans start to show soon after we moved in.

I love my new home. The finishes and quality is very high. Wieland was easy to work with and were always responsive to my needs during the buying process.

They were great to work with. Very professional!
