The superintendent in charge of building our house communicated regularly with email and progress pictures. Our expectations were set and the closing date was met! Our super, Matt and others that supported him were passionate and diligent to complete our house in a very difficult subcontractor and supply chain market. I felt like they cared and were up to the challenge. JW has a professional approach and system which drives the critical path to completion with top tier products and attention to detail. Having built several project myself, my wife and I were relieved to have JW take care of every little detail so that we had a fun homebuilding experience. There is a big difference between builders that utilize professional architects and interior designers and builders that can build a solid house but miss the mark on curb appeal. Every aspect of the process was great. They are very responsive and made the process very easy. Sure there are some little things that need to be fixed but I have every confidence that the post closing issues will be resolved easily. Highly recommend.

We like JW home architecture design style. We want to recommend JW home to friends. However, we don’t feel comfortable with things that can be avoided. We understand material shortage, labors and etc. that is cause of delay. Builder shouldn’t have taken off two installed windows from our home for another home to our closing date. The interior work was rushed completely in final months, because the field manages said when window were installed, closing date should be set up. The builder quality celebration and closing date were set up the same date. After that there are many new issues we find later. house was not complete and fully ready at closing forced to close so builder could make has quota

Love the overall design and layout of the model. Frequent changes to personnel was a problem even when the personnel were good.

Entire team - especially our Field Manager - was great to work with!

Home is very nice, not all minor defects addressed in timely fashion.

Problems aside from Covid and material supply problems, our eight-month construction process was filled with delays, failures to pass inspections, allocation of needed windows to other nearby homes and inadequate followup on problems at closing and overall poor communication marred our construction experience with our beautiful home.

New construction looks great but after a month. we are starting to discover issues with construction on the small stuff to date they have responded but as we are doing work we have noticed issues with blinds installed 40% are not straight or broken also in checking the windows 2 have broken locks and will need to be reset or replaced. Will add to the list of items to be repaired

The team that worked with us during the purchase and also during the transition phase after the inspection was excellent. Really a pleasure working with them made it a nice house shopping experience.

JW made what we thought might be very difficult building a home from out of state but they were very attentive to our questions and accommodating around our travel schedule. We are very happy in our new home and highly recommend JW to build your next home!

extremely disappointed in our house for the amount of money spent. every day a new issue comes up and the warranty process is a joke. These houses are thrown together as quickly as possible. don't walk away RUN away from JW Homes/ Pulte.

We love our new home. It has had some of the same issues you find in buying a new home, but none of them major and always handled quickly and professionally by Jordan Keels, our site manager. This is the second home we have purchased in the area, and this home is far and above the quality of the last home by another builder. I highly recommend this team.

I have purchased many new homes over many years from numerous regional and national home builders. Although no new home builder is perfect, this company is superior to other builders.

Have reported several issues more than once that have not been resolved

Love the house and Kevin has been amazing. We took over the house contract when it was 95% done but are super happy. Only issue is our yard which looks horrible in the back. We paid for a premium lot and have a stream that goes through our yard.
