I would highly recommend k hovnanian homes. They just do a great job

My experience purchasing a home with K. Hovnanian was surprisingly seamless and positive. One of the biggest advantages for me was that I didn't need to involve a realtor, which streamlined the process and saved me money. I was also pleasantly surprised to discover that negotiation on the price was possible, something I wasn't expecting with a large builder. What truly made the difference, however, was the exceptional service I received from Kathy and Ismael. From the initial viewing to well after closing, they were incredibly communicative and responsive. They walked me through every step, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made me feel confident and informed throughout the entire process. What sets them apart is their continued dedication even after the sale. They remain readily available and genuinely willing to help whenever needed. This level of commitment is rare and truly appreciated. Overall, my experience with K. Hovnanian Homes was a positive one. I would absolutely buy from them again, especially if Kathy and Ismael were part of the process/team. We had several issues to resolve and they did .

The best team i ever encountered

Airplane noise is mitigated but it was there and drove my wife crazy the first few weeks. Except for outside noises, the condo to condo noises have been okay. The visitor parking situation is very bad and that's due to the actions of fellow owners and the non-action of KHov. If you are going to sell your condo, I can't picture an Open House because only illegal street parking is currently available. There were some building flaws and the most common one I see is separation between base moulding and the wall and even in shower areas. I've had bathroom makeovers and I've never seen that so early. We were not involved in the process of picking out things and came near the end of the process. So, I won't bother to comment on appliances, etcetera. We were downsizing from house to condo but we underestimated how much stuff we had even after donating and giving away lots of stuff. I do like the garage and driveway combo but they are so tight for our RAV4 that we've thought about downsizing our car. ... More

We have been very pleased with the kindness and support showed to us but the entire staff working with K. Hov. They went out of there way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed in our new home

Buying from this builder was a breeze. I especially liked the professionalism and empathy exhibited by Brad. From start to finish, he made the whole experience worth it. Ashley also provided excellent support with timely updates and progress pictures.

Overall home buying experience was great including , sales, contractor and K Hovnanian mortgage/ loan officer were all easy to work with and very responsive to my questions. I am happy with the design and quality of my home. I would recommend K Hovnanian to family and friends.

This is our 3rd New Construction Home and KHov by far has been the one where results are what was expected but more importantly they respond when problems arise with any items that need to be addressed and that is more important than anything else. Many builders your rockstar when you are buying and then dead to them after closing. KHov continued to treat us with the same attention that we saw before we purchased. The quality so far is great and the house looks fabulous.

Overall I had a great experience with getting my new beautiful home. My husband and I didn’t come across this site until the very last homes were being built, so we didn’t get to pick out all of the details of the home. That really didn’t matter though because the attention to detail in the home is amazing. We had looked at homes by another builder and they really didn’t compare. The other builder was around the same price, but with very basic features. I love the quality of everything in my home. It really is my dream home and I am so happy it all worked out. From the initial meeting with Lisa at the sales office through the entire build process, finance process with Phil, and the exceptional communication from the site foreman Carlos, this has truly been the best purchase and the best company to work with. Design, interior touches, quality of the build, are outstanding and it has been an absolute pleasure throughout the process to work with the KHOV team. Aftercare once we moved in, has been incredibly well handled and extremely responsive. We highly recommend KHOV to anyone considering building or buying a new home in the area.

Everything was great from start to finish live our home.

We essentially purchased our home sight unseen. All of the paperwork was completed and submitted online. Marissa was extremely knowledgeable and explained what each document was for and what we needed to do. All of this went off without a hitch. Love our new home.

Confidence in your builder is so important. I know I have a well-built home. The interior is so well- thought out. The details are beautiful.

KHov was all around fantastic. Answered all our questions, followed up on all requests in a timely matter, and we enjoyed working with an all around friendly team. Would highly recommend to others.

As a first time buyer it was very stressful at times and a lot of things going on at the same time. K. Hovnanian staff were awesome, very informative and answered all my questions in a respectful and professional manner. All of my expectations were met as far as the price, size and interest rate.
