Loved that this builder used tile for the flooring throughout and granite countertops. Lots of storage in cabinets and closets. Huge master bath and closet. Nice porch and entryway. Love the smart home technology. Bonus was that all appliances were included even the washer and dryer.

Best home buying experience ever!

We bought a home that was already built but never lived in and we were really lucky we had William the builder to help us through the process. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our liking before moving in.

From the beginning to the end, Doug has been both professional and a valued friend. He directed, assisted, and suggested when and what I needed regarding documents and finances. There was great teamwork involved when the "hiccups" occurred, but KHOV worked with me to obtain the beautiful home that I now reside in. The models and styles are lovely. I love the whole package and plan.

Caleh and his team were great throughout every step of this process- and they are still answering all of our silly questions months after closing-- we would highly recommend Caleh and KHov-and we love our new home!

Everybody helped to buy the house and the experience was amazing and everything was done correctly.

We just moved into our new home and are really happy with everything so far. The community is developing nicely, and it already feels like a great place to live. One thing that really stands out is the leadership—Ram, who’s in charge of the project, has been awesome. He actually listens to homeowners and takes feedback seriously, which makes a big difference. It’s clear they care about building not just houses, but a strong, welcoming neighborhood. We’re excited to see how everything comes together as the community grows.

Purchase was quick and smooth. Communication has been great. Builder had responded promptly to warranty request. Overall, one of my best home purchases experiences.

It was a great and easy first home buying experience, the entire staff from sales to construction manager to everyone involved was awesome. I’ve been here for a couple months now and no issues, the quality of the new build was fantastic!

Love, love our home. It's beautiful inside and outside. Love the neighborhood. Beautifully built The whole team is amazing. Love Ms Elisha she was so patient with us knowing it's was our first time buying our home. she made the experience pleasant. We will do it over again. By far this is the most beautifully built home we've been in in our home buying process. It's a joy coming home to my home beautiful everyday. I just love it.

I was extremely pleased with the initial purchase and move in process, the builder has a gold key move in process where they took me through my new home top to bottom and explained everything to me from the construction to the operation of the appliances and all the mechanical equipment (sump pump,heating & cooling). This builder has responded to all my concerns and showed that they care about correcting any issues that occur. They have been quick to respond and I would recommend this builder to potential home buyers.

The entire process went smoothly and the team was very knowledgeable. Carolyn was good communicating our initial needs with purchasing of the home. Her and Robert were amazing with keeping us up-to-date on the construction process and answering any questions we may have had. Robert was also very responsive after closing with any concerns. Great experience all around and very happy with our new home.

We had several issues to resolve and they did .

The best team i ever encountered

Airplane noise is mitigated but it was there and drove my wife crazy the first few weeks. Except for outside noises, the condo to condo noises have been okay. The visitor parking situation is very bad and that's due to the actions of fellow owners and the non-action of KHov. If you are going to sell your condo, I can't picture an Open House because only illegal street parking is currently available. There were some building flaws and the most common one I see is separation between base moulding and the wall and even in shower areas. I've had bathroom makeovers and I've never seen that so early. We were not involved in the process of picking out things and came near the end of the process. So, I won't bother to comment on appliances, etcetera. We were downsizing from house to condo but we underestimated how much stuff we had even after donating and giving away lots of stuff. I do like the garage and driveway combo but they are so tight for our RAV4 that we've thought about downsizing our car. ... More
