We were impressed by the steps laid out for the purchase, various stages of construction, and through the sale of our home. Everything was explained in detail. The result was excellent. We are very pleased. We had our previous home built for us and our experiences have been totally different. We would purchase through Hovnanian again.

The home was built with such care and diligence. I have a 2 story home and I live in it myself, but the way the layout is.. it doesn't feel like too much house. It's a perfect build!

Overall great experience purchasing the home

This is our second K.Hov home. We found a rural sub-division with four builders where K,Hov provided the best package of quality design, build, available upgrades and timescale, while still maintaining a competitive pricepoint. After three months in our home we have found only minor faults which were quickly resolved- something we could not say about previous non-K.Hov new homes.

Staff was very helpful and responsive to my questions and addressed a few small issues immediately.

Jeremy my GC was awesome! Fix every issues noticed in a timely manner and pointed out those my realtor and I missed. Awesome individual with great integrity.

WE PURCHASED OUR HOME WHILE LIVIVNG OUT OF STATE. MONICA, OUR SALES REP WAS GREAT THRU THE WHOLE PROCESS. SHE ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS IN A TIMELY MANNER AND SOLVED ANY ISSUE AND CONCERNS WE HAD.
