The opportunity of purchasing a new home from K. Hovnanian Homes is the best decision that I have ever made. It has been since July 21st and I am as happier today as I was the first day that I received my keys. I feel that I made a great choice. This community is a quiet and peaceful environment . The homes are beautiful outside and inside. The management is great!

In our 41 years of marriage we’ve had 6 homes. Our experience with Hovnanian was by far the most pleasant with builders we have worked with. Our sales person, Stephanie and construction supervisor, Robert were exceptional. They were always available to address our needs and kept us informed weekly during the entire purchase and construction process. The Hovnanian team is without a doubt, the best!

I wasn't in the market for a home. I really thought I'd find a house to rent for me and my fur babies. Once I came out to the Rolling Ridge subdivision and met Kyle all of that changed. He was phenomenal to work with and really took an interest in making sure I picked the right home and understood the process. From the walk-throughs and finance, everything about KHOV was 1000% phenomenal. I have recommended them to countless people and tell them what a great experience I've had. The craftsmanship of the home is bar-none.

Home first seen and purchased in three weeks great experience!

I was very please with the design, quality of workmanship and extras that were include in this house. I was also very please with the follow up of a couple of items that need correction. They came out in a couple of days to fix items. The one thing I did not like is it took a long time to get the solar system hooked up and working.

Phil and Scott were both great! Phil helped to coordinate all repairs, was friendly, and responsive
